Very poor experience, request you to don't such hotels to anyone, Poor room service TV was not working in any room No cleanliness No Towels

Totally disappointing stay! Rooms are smelly and unhygienic. The “Super Deluxe” rooms look like ordinary standard rooms — nothing like the pictures shown online. This property is only good for photos, not for actual stay. Complete waste of money.

The hotel didn’t have wifi, poor hygene over all, the rooms smelt, , the hospitality was pretty bad, the breakfast was not a spread.

The condition of the property was pathetic. I immediately check out after check in. beds were dirty, the washroom was smelling. all around there was water leakage. very bad experiance. I booked for super deluxe but they offer me a deluxe room.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was below expectations. The room was not as clean as it should have been—there were visible spots on the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available during our stay. We also experienced two prolonged electricity outages, each lasting around two hours. This meant we spent a total of four hours without electricity or air conditioning, which was especially uncomfortable. The room was located far from the reception area, and there was no in-room telephone service, so it was difficult to contact anyone for assistance during these issues. Overall, the lack of basic services and cleanliness made our stay quite disappointing.

No indoor games are working. Wave pool not working. Extremely high food cost.(Rs.280/- French fry) (any chiken dish approx 415/- )Very poor breakfast. Leakage from almost every open side wall and bathroom. Most surprisingly TV also not working. Room service was vary delayed

Bus service was not good. The driver was not driving properly and it was almost 2 hours late causing a huge inconvenience to us.

Stay was so good, staff was helpful and supportive, all amenities including warm water is available along with good view, good food and nice balcony, I just loved that stay and would recommend other people to chose same

The room 418 which we stayed in was of a deluxe category. We could park the car within the villa. The room size is very small. TV was not working as they said there was a cable cut. There was no wifi. Bedsheets and blanket were smelly. The bathroom had a cracked wash basin and glasses of ventilator were missing. The food is to be ordered online by scanning the QR code which for the room was missing. However, they gave us a QR code from adjacent room immediately. The food was delivered fast and was good. But there is no dining table in the room. Overall the experience was average.

We have requested a message on MakeMyTrip for early check-in but they the hotels have not considered our request inspite the hotel is empty. They have asked amount for early check-in for two hours. 2. The rooms are very dirty. Mirron, TV, everything. 3. Frequently there is a power cut and there is no power back up/Generator/Intervertor 4. Room phone was not working and we have given common number for everything receiption, food court etc. so we have to wait for atleast 15 20 minutes to get even waterbottle

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poorly maintained amenities and lack of basic services. The table tennis balls were mismatched, and the net was damaged. The carrom board was bulged in the center, and several coins were missing. The pool table stick was broken, making it impossible to play. Basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and other sanitary items were not provided. The overall cleanliness was poor, with no proper housekeeping during the stay. The hotel’s condition did not match what was shown , making the experience unpleasant and not worth the price charged.
