Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern, Lonavala

Room- rooms were decent, clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and hygenic pool - pool was clean garden area was also good quite big and seating was also there. Food - we didnt like the food at all. Breakfast spread was kinda limited. No much options speically jain food was a problem. Taste was like 2/5 staff - half of the time we couldnt find staff around the resort. If we need anything while we are not in the room. Or at dining area whole staff playing cricket in the afternoon at garden. Rest whole day difficult to see a single staff membwr room service was bit slow.

Arova zinc woods journey is a very good budget Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern, Lonavala in lonavala. Location is appropriate for families with young kids. It's on the main road with market, shops, restaurants, everything at arm's distance. Staff was very courteous and food was great housekeeping staff kept the rooms spic and span atmosphere was very cordial only one feedback- they can do better with more staff deployed during post 6 pm hours since the same staff was doing multiple work. All in all, very good stay!

I was looking to have a place to relax and found Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern, Lonavala recommendation on the app. I am not disappointed as i got what i was promised. They have these villas concept and rooms are awesome. No compromise on cleanliness. Also the views are incredible. Lots of greenary and birds all around which gives you pleasant vibes. Pool area is good. Foods taste best. Food bit pricey but good things comes with a price. Overall great location, great service, great experience.

Firstly the Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern, Lonavala sign on gate is in very small font it's quite difficult to read while driving car, and we order food after checking after 30 to 40 minutes we called again to check and they said they forgot to make order and they don't have any information about our order so i have ordered again so there is a miscommunication between staff. Rest everything was good, rooms was very clean and well maintained staff was good and cooperative. Thank you

The stay was good. I would like to give one suggestion is to add some white lights in the room it's not that the yellow lights are bad but after some time it makes room environment little dull and not full of light. Swimming pool is really nice. Really enjoyed swimming there. Staff was friendly and caring. Food is little expensive for the taste it offers. You will definitely find better options nearby. For delux room bathroom size is pretty small but manageable.

It is located at a prime location, easy to access, room was very good 👌 everything mentioned was provided by the property and staff was very nice helping and understanding. Jaccuzi was very nice. We were provided with a private pool, though it was visible to many, and not exactly private but yes it was in front of my room and only for us. We ordered a few options from food and the taste was good. Overall the stay was very good. We had a SuiteZ room.

Had a very pleasant stay at the place. The rooms were clean and the place was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool as well. The room service food were incredibly tasty. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was miserable. The options were extremely limited, with very bland taste. Not even a single item was worthy to be called tasty. We are surprised how someone who can cook such delicious food for room service can churn out such bad breakfast options.

If you are planning to stay with your family in lonavala, this is one of the top resorts to stay and cherish your quality time with family. A well maintained property. The staff is cooperative, generous and polite. Food quality is excellent. Decent spread in the breakfast. If you have kids then too no need to worry you will get appropriate meals for your child too. Overall a great experience.

Property is excellent, neat and clean. It is worth staying here with family. Staffs are very cooperative, especially kajal, extended support starts from check in to checkout. Strongly recommend for stay.

The property is so calm and peaceful, the amenities are good. The staff is very cooperative and happy to help. Our host ms kajal was very courteous and took care of our stay end to end. Food variety is limited that’s one thing they need to work on. On the whole we had a wonderful time and an awesome weekend.

very easy to locate as it is in the Main Market lane . The Rooms are a little small but Clean , Hygenic & Super Cozy . The staff is extremely welcoming & Special mention for Santosh & Sarthak who were always on their toes . The only reason it couldn’t turn out to be Excellent stay is Coz the Kitchen is Not fully functional & serve only Veg with limited option as of now .

There are many positive points. The only negative thing is breakfast. The quality of breakfast needs to be improved and it will be. They are only 6 months old but wonderful service.

Rooms are spacious and clean ..Consists 2 spacious balconies. For children's separate bunk bed. Swimming pool also available which is again spacious. and must say food is delicious 😋. Play area...garden area really good.Staff is also good.Overall 10/10
