I have been on this property last year and now for a special occasion that is my Husband's Birthday. It's really good, calm, and peaceful. Food is very good quality and quantity as well. I asked for special birthday decor which they arranged and made it very special. Much appreciated on hospitality and cleanliness, hygienic. Overall, I will highly recommend this place and I'll too come back frequently when I visit Lonavala.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Zinc! ✨ The property is truly wonderful clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. Only one suggestion: it would be great if the swimming pool timings could be extended, as we really enjoyed it and wished we had more time. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

Pricing is higher as compared to the property type and upkeep.Bit old styled property needs modernisation. The Bill administration is a mess and took more than 45 minutes to clear with wrong attachments.

I booked a Suite Room as we were 3 adults and a baby. I had a great stay at the property, and the location is right in the main market. Perfect for family staycation.

Our stay Arova Woods Zince Journey was Average. we were there for a night, we used pool, which was not clean, and we requested for room service for few things, but we never recevied even after 2 followups. only good part is they had good food and menu on breakfast. apart from that they’re not even providing many aminities. only carom board was there, and badmintons to play in lawn.

It is a very good resort and the food is also good, the staff is very good and helpful the swimming pool is clean and overall the property is good the rooms are neat and clean and the staff is also very helpful everything is very good

It was a great experience for our stay and staff was really helpful all the time. Harish was the best for overall service and kim in the restaurant and housekeeping attendent to our room took care of our room. Food was delicious and environment of hotel was relaxing and was closer to the city which made it more convenient for us to explore. Thanks to all the staff members.

The resort is located in a very peaceful and serene setting. From the moment you enter the gate, you feel a warm welcome. The staff is polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The food is absolutely delicious. My only suggestion would be to add some Chinese dishes to the menu. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would love to visit again—especially if you start a loyalty program with some exciting discounts 😜.

The stay was beautiful we had a private pool. The early check in didn’t happen but the private pool compensated it. The receptionist Kajal was quite helpful and patient, the restaurant host Kim was amazing woman, very sweet, very calm. Breakfast was amazing but pasta was not good.

Staff is good..but property is not worth the charges...hygiene is not maintained and quality/ test of complementary breakfast was not good..overall average experience.

Wonderful stay at Arova! Properties location is amazing in between the city but with all natures scenic view...hospitality and services very good.. Food at its Meraki restaurant is also very good. Very nice experience overall... spending time at outside swimming pool side was very cool.
