This is not my first time here, the property itself is located in a posh locality of banjara hills. Since this is an apartment with shared space don't expect Arrow Lake View | Rooms in an Apartment like experience. Since I am the one who wants to be disturbed at the least, I prefer this over traditional Arrow Lake View | Rooms in an Apartment. Also depends on the purpose, I always have stayed for exam. So I need a place to be calm and rest, and my centre is not far away from here. Yes there will be trouble finding the property for the first time in the middle of a residential colony but once you spot it. It's a cake walk! The host is kind enough to let me check in early when I visited first time and even they let me check in an hour early recently. There's no complaint towards cleanliness either and lift is available. Though there is a inhouse restaurant, I have a particular diet to follow so never ordered anything. This place ticks the right boxes, thanks for the support staff though they say seem little unconcerned on the outside. They do their job very well, thanks to host yogesh

Top location. Heart of banjara hills. Easy access to uber transport. Room at the property is ok. Feels as if staying at a relative's house. Bathroom is neat. Bed linen okay. Towels worn out & need to be replaced with new ones. Staff courteous and friendly. Breakfast served promptly. Coffee is hot and good. Minor shortfalls are there, but they are provided upon asking. Overall, a satisfactory stay in this budget. Can revisit.

Hotel is basically single rooms in a 3bhk apartment. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are well kept and clean as well. Only complaint is for minimal room service and amenities provided, no toothpaste/ toothbrush and poor lift. Service is excellent. Service boys are especially from odisha, doing good here. Nice hospitality, nice location, not a home stay it may be called living at home.

It was very peaceful and very good place, definitely worth the money. The breakfast which was served also tastes very good like home food.
