Terrible Stay

We had a thoroughly unpleasant experience staying at this property for three consecutive nights. The owners, a husband and wife duo, lacked professionalism and exhibited rude, uncooperative, and self-centered behavior. We booked two rooms per night and stayed for three nights. Shockingly, the lady expected us to do our own dishes โ guests typically come to relax and explore, not handle household chores! The couple was unhelpful regarding kitchen usage, making me question their decision to open a homestay. They imposed an excessive list of rules: no stains, no noise post-9 PM, no hanging clothes, etc. Contrary to MakeMyTrip's listing claiming they'd provide a helper/assistant, this wasn't true. They also failed to offer complimentary breakfast consistently; when I asked, the lady reluctantly agreed but only for two days. We strongly advise against recommending this homestay โ it'll impress with infrastructure but lacks homely warmth. The caretakers deserve zero stars.

Good morning! Thank you for the review you wrote for public in the Bookmytrip portal. Before you book a property please make sure what are the facilities provided by it. Ours is not a property where food and breakfast are served. It is mentioned in the listing. Still we maximum co-operated with you, served breakfast to your group. After using and enjoying all the facilities here maximum, washing machine, kitchen, utensils, even groceries etc you have tried to spoil our reputation. Good Madam. We have hundreds of best reviews with five star from other guests stayed with us happily and maximum satisfaction, that is enough for us. Instead of using the cloth dryer properly, you have used the balcony railings , chairs and tables for drying clothes which is not our way of drying clothes and requested you to use the dryer properly is not a reason for complaining. Moreover your drunken Dad was creating unpleasant moments and discomforts to others around. We have given you maximum support to you as guests. Thank you for being with us, understand you and sharing your culture with us. Best of luck ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
