Arts International they charged me extra cash Rs. 1250 and the service was also not good 😞

worst experience exev reached there around 12 AM night hotel staff said they can't give me room and asking for another tried to call customer care but there is no resolution for 1 hour and waited outside the hotel for 1 hour really pathetic service. don't give any discount if you can't give room on that price it's an genuine request.

My friend send me the location of this hotel hotel was very good but somearea was very dirty. The hotel is good for solo travel not for family.

If you go to juhu beach, no auto and taxi will come back to the hotel. No breakfast services, bathroom water was very dirty. Terrible experience.

It was a terrible experience, worst management very rude. No water in washroom most of the time & for drinking water they are providing only one bottle of water and after that will be charging extra. While the time of checking we heard there is some issues with water so we asked they said there was a problem but it has been solved but when we went to use washroom there was no water so we talked with the manager and then he said i told you at the time of checkin that there is some issue with water so if we you wish you can cancel your reservations so i told him that it is non refundable reservation if you can give us our money back i will cancel the reservation. But he denied.

Nice hotel, well cleaned and furnished

All the staff was drunk-ed and the property was not same as it was shown. Property was not good. The entrance was terrible, even i have to leave the property and have to book another botel for the stay.

Good part- room size is really good. I had booked triple occupancy room n it had 1 double bed and 1 single bed so no body had to sleep on the floor with a mattress. Room was clean. Bad part- the room smelled like cockroach repellent spray the whole time ( that was very irritating. Though they cleaned the room once again after i complained, but no use. I couldn't sleep n i had headache because of the smell.
