Arya Cottages

The room was good, it was my dream to live opposite the beach, that too on a wooden house with geyser and basic things, only bad thing was no drinking water provided by the Arya Cottages. We are forced to purchase mineral water every time, also the food was bad. Kudos to Jay the manager who adjusted us a room though we booked on a wrong date, he was courteous enough to allow us stay another day without discussions. I would recommend this to my friends and families. Get a bike there and travel to Colva beach, fort and Netravalli water falls.

This places is basic, clean and good. No issue of smell or any other thing. Staff is good and friendly. In case of more sand in your room after playing on beach they will clean it. Location is usp for this stay. Beach is very silent there and clean. Owner is very good and friendly. All the gems of south goa are near to this location.

It is infront of beech so can enjoy see, after swimming in see you can take bath directly in your bathroom. Food quality is very good. Staff and owner behavior is very friendly with customer.
Safety first for family. It is completely safe and infront of beech. We can watch our children to play in water or clay.

A very welcoming owner with a great cook cum manager. Just taste the noodles. Extremely polite and eager to help staff. The beach shacks are right on the beach and offer basic accommodation. Don't expect luxury and this was a boon for us. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

The place was a just amazing. Journey from Panjim to Agonda was a trip on its own. The cottages were very decent given the price and the place we were at. It was a quite and peaceful place with no disturbances what so ever. Perfect Place to just chill with a cold beer.

Value for money place. Amazing location on the Agonda beach. Perfect for those who want to experience local hut stay and enjoy in south Goa beaches. Food was good though service can be bit better. Overall stay was pretty good except water supply running out twice.

Great and value behavior by owner and Suraj really helped us to explore more interiors of Goa, food was awesome especially the fish fry prepared by Suraj. Thanx Jai and Suraj for your kind cooperation and would like to come back again to your cottage.

Got the place at a good rate, got a room on top with a balcony overseeing the Beach. Just amazing. Staff were friendly. The Arya Cottages is situated on the best part of the Beach tip once you reach Agonda, turn right walk less than a KM.

If you are not a party freak then this place is heaven for you. Hardly few Indians you will see.. Many foreigners will be there.. The cottage is on the best location.. I loved it. Cottage people are friendly.

The staff are very kind and helpful. I will give 10 out 10 for the staff. The location are great but the food are cost. And the market is little bit far from the resort.

We stayed for 3 days. Amazing location. Friendly staff and peaceful vibes. Cleaning and sanitization maintained properly, ac was at very good working condition. Best cottage with ac for summer. Water sports are also available nearby
