Spiders in the bed, no toiletries kept in room. TV was not working , Vert dusty TV , no mineral water kept, no tea or coffee sachets kept in room... this is below average experience

Good location near to the infopark and Rajagiri college of engineering.Excellent vegetarian restaurant and nice food.Staff was good and helpful.To provide value for money, amenities should be upgraded.

Room selected 3 bed ac room,Room was small triangle shaped,neat,good ac ,provide drinking water, kettle for boiling drinking water. Toilet neat,clean with hot water fecility food 5*rated vegitarian food available in the ground floor. No separate reception for hotel and Lodging. 4 wheeler vehicle parking fecility is available ,less than 5 at a time Taxi, auto available. service is good

Felt warm feelings about stay , comfert with family. Food and serviced are memmorable. Family were happy about. Roadways are very horrible. Overall happy.

The staff were pleasant and the overall service seemed good. The room was neat and clean, though the layout felt a bit awkward, as it was a corner-style room. However, there were several small issues that affected the experience. At check-in, there was no water or coffee placed in the room, and no room service number was provided—neither at check-in nor written on the landline phone. I had to return to the lobby to collect bottled water, and while I was there, I also asked for a kettle. Back in the room, I noticed there were no tea bags or milk powder, so I asked for those as well. When the staff brought the kettle and tea bags, they forgot to include sugar. They also mentioned they didn’t have any dairy whitener and were only serving black tea.

Only the food was good ! The rooms were really bad and not maintained. Had a stingy smell . None of the electric points was working

Disappointing Stay at Aryas Regent Kakkanad – Room Booking & Poor Service. I booked a **Suite Room** at Aryas Regent Kakkanad but was given a **Deluxe Room** instead. Initially, I didn’t realize the discrepancy until I noticed the absence of basic amenities like a cupboard for storage. When I confronted the room manager, he confirmed it was a Deluxe Room and admitted they didn’t have a Suite available—yet no refund or room upgrade was offered despite the clear misrepresentation. The issues didn’t end there: - No TV channels due to unpaid Tata Sky subscription, despite requesting a fix. - Terrible room service– even for basic needs like a water bottle, I had to go downstairs myself. - Lack of basic amenities, making the stay highly inconvenient. The only positive was the food quality, but that doesn’t compensate for the awful room experience. Extremely poor management and customer care. I do not recommend staying here if you expect decent service or value for money.

Clean and no-frills AC rooms above a veg restaurant. 1.5 km from infopark and close to Rajagiri - so suitable for folks having work there. It is on a busy road and metro construction is going on now - so lots of noise even in the night. Rooms are reasonably insulated - but noise does filter through. Room had a electric-kettle, TV (tata-sky), one chair + small table. Amenities included 1ltr water bottle, towel and bar soap. Bed was squishy and sheets had seen better days.

The room is very small as compared to photo provided. Also they gave only one soap for 2 persons and also one water bottle per day. There was no other routine kit items provided. The ac was not serviced as it was hardly having any cooling effect.

The hotel is excellent for a short trip. The room is spacious heat and clean. The location is inside info park and there are no restaurants or markets nearby. But they have an excellent vegtaeriyan restaurant and the food is hygienic and tasty. The service is also good. I am giving only a 4 star because of the odd location. But if you have a vehicle with you there are no issues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at aryas regent hotel near infopark, kakkanad, and i couldn’t be more impressed! from the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the serene atmosphere, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The dining options were fantastic, offering a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of south kerala dishes. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better for those visiting infopark, as it’s just a short distance away. It’s also close to various attractions and restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Overall, i highly recommend aryas regent hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in kakkanad. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

The stay was good and comfortable with all the amenities. Hot water was not available that was only the concern rest the food was usually good as always.

Rooms are relatively new, but not well maintained. Average cleaning is done. The room was filled with cigarette smell. It is coming from some unknown space, i tried keeping windows and door open for a while, but no luck. Was quite uncomfortable to sleep in a room with smell of smoke. No water bottles were provided as complimentary. Had to pay somewhere around 2300 for 1 night including tax. Not worth, but comparatively better considering the budget around that location. Bathroom was clean and good.

Easy checkin. The support executives are cooperative and have very good comfort throughout the stay. No regrets and nice hospitality.

The location is good as it is close to lulu cyber tower. It has a restaurant below which is convenient for food. The place is also well kept.
