Location is okay, but poor stay experience. At reception very shabby welcoming. No person available for showing us rooms, inside room the no curtain in bathroom have privacy. No telephone connection to speak to reception. TV non functional and attended even after complaining twice. Lame excuses they gave. Complimentary breakfast was poor. Overall poor stay.

Hotel is badly maintained… very poor conditions of rooms and service was pathetic…. cockroaches all over and the pool shown in the pictures and what you real is toatl opposite…

I had a mixed but overall pleasant stay at the resort. The location was calm, close to the beach, and had ample parking with good seating and an in-house restaurant. The room was spacious with good linen, a neat washroom, toiletries, hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi, though the AC didn’t work well and a few lights weren’t functional. Some areas, like the pool and wooden fittings, needed better maintenance. Breakfast was complimentary and very good, though the restaurant felt a bit pricey and food quality was around average. The staff were welcoming and made the stay feel homely. Despite minor issues, the stay was worth it.

Broken rooms , unnecessary space improper lighting & verst breakfast & dining, totally waste of money.

This is not a resort to start with. It is just two buildings as old as 8 years ,worn out in every aspect . The property is surrounded by empty lands and nothing around to visit. you are going to repent big time if you have kids and elders with you. Both the resort by not giving the refund when we decided to walkout the minute we went into the room. Not going to book any property through MMT again.

the rooms were not clean. bed sheets and blankets were dirty. TV was not working. we had called for water bottles at least 5-6 times still they didn't give it. location is in outskirts. service was very poor. at the time of checkout the bell boy did not coming dispite calling many times. the food left from previous guests was not cleaned till our checkout. tea cups were not in the room and weren't provided despite asking. water leakage was there in corridor.

Hermes Resort & Spa is located conveniently close to Udupi city and Malpe Beach, with easy access to nearby attractions. The property offers facilities such as a restaurant, swimming pool, spa, and parking — all of which, at first glance, suggest a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. When we arrived, there was a large school picnic group at the resort and a buffet meal was being served to the students. Perhaps due to the crowd or poor ventilation, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby area which made the first impression a bit difficult to handle. The reception seating area was also rather crowded, and we didn’t quite feel the calm or welcoming atmosphere one would expect on arrival at a resort. Upon checking into our room, we noticed a lingering odor and found the overall lighting and ambience uncomfortable — the red curtains and direct sunlight gave the room an oddly tinted glow. The furniture looked dated and a bit delicate. Unfortunately, we also spotted a few cockroaches, which made it hard to settle in. Given all of this, we decided to check out within a couple of hours and moved to another property nearby.

Poor maintenance of rooms which was leaking through glass window And Floor was wet. Swimming pool was not at all cleaned and water park had dead small turtle in it. I only throwed it out. 3 three school busses came with school kids and they all jumped with their school dress. No proper guidance on their dress material and it was like thy came for a quick bath in po. They bursted water balloon and plastic paper was all over the water park and pool.

The resort was not as good as our expectations. We stayed in the 2BHK apartment. The room was stuffy and was never cleaned during our stay, the morning buffet breakfast was average. The pool was dirty and was cleaned only after complaining so many times. The so called, water park which includes fountain, slides etc is the only thing which we enjoyed. Maintenance and fulfilling a customer's request is lacking and the management needs to look into it seriously.

it's been a wonderful experience throughout the process. Very good hospitality and extremely nice experience. the food experience is Awesome at the restaurant. Rooms are maintained neatly. Staffs and Management is very helpful. The water pool is one of the best recommendation for kids. Ample space for car parking. I have stayed 3 times in this place since last one year.

The property is extremely poorly maintained. The rooms and walls are covered with black mould, creating an unhealthy and unpleasant environment. Basic facilities are either missing or in very poor condition. It’s surprising that this property is even listed on MMT, as it does not meet minimum cleanliness or quality standards. This place requires serious maintenance and inspection before being recommended to guests.

Recently stayed at Hermes Resort And Spa, the rooms were clean and cozy with ample accommodation for families or large groups , we had a stunning sunrise view from our room. The staff was extremely friendly, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from city life. Big thanks to "Jayalakshmi" she is very helpful.

there is no proper maintenance there is no proper lights in the room also and the image which we have seen those are opening images the haven't updated the image

guys please dont refer to the pictures which are uploaded , its absolutely not maintained. nothing is working in this resort and spa, whatever we are asking they are saying under construction which they should have mentioned in the page of the hotel. everything is rusted. but yes the staffs are very good, they tried their best possible way to help us in everyway. the owner should really look into the maintenance

I truly enjoyed the morning breakfast; it was delightful. The hotel's service was exceptional and made the experience even more pleasant.
