Arzu Homes

Location is great, near a lot of cafes and shops. We rented a bike so everything was 5-10 minutes drive. The staff brought us everything we needed and asked to clean almost everyday. Wifi sometimes has some problems but overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience.

It was not a pleasant stay. Walls had gutka stains and the room is very stinky. The bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers were smelling very terrible and they sprayed room freshner which which along with the smoky or alcoholic smell mixed up and had a different terrible smell. The occupants in the other room were smoking and drinking all night. Couldn’t sleep at all

room was clean and toilet was clean, mrp and food, dominos was near by to property, raja property care taker was polite and helpful person.

Our checkin was pretty late we arrived at 1 pm sharp. The previous guests in one of our booked rooms were still inside. Hence we were given one spare room to chill while room was getting cleaned. The other room was part of living room and 2 others rooms we didn't opt for it as it was a shared space between 6 boys which wasn't informed to us in advance. Hence we were waiting on both the rooms. When we finally got the rooms we noticed the bedsheets and pillow covers where same as before not changed. The towels were also not changed we were given old wet towels with room fragrance sprayed on it. We asked for new towels which we got after after 2 days. Our cat was also with us and since she hid inside the bed we saw the bed down below was so dirty there were condoms and plastics and tissues stuffed we immediately had to inform the house help and he got it cleaned. The ac cooling was slow, and overall we had a really bad experience. We requested owner to give checkout on one room later at 4. 30 pm as due to their negligence we had to face delays on two of our planned visits. Overall please do not visit this place it's poorly maintained.
