Normal ac room. It was clean and neat. Very helpful staffs. Its near to kazhakuttom railway station but accessing to this hotel road is very narrow .

Clean rooms, staffs were very friendly and they are there for whatever you need at anytime. Next time also will book this place for sure whenever I visit Trivandrum.

soloThe room was extremely small. Bathroom was stinky possibly due to some drainage issue on the wash basin. Even the bathroom is extremely small. The tap on the washbasin is not properly fixed. The pictures of the property are extremely misleading. The soap provided by the property did not smell of soap. It was just a bar of wax which smelt like rotting vegetable. The kettle for boiling water was full of ants, ut wasn't washed. The bedsheet was full of marks, not sure whether it was oil or some other thing. Even the towel was not clean, with oil marks or something.

Very good experience. Early check in was provided. The staffs were very attentive and helped us on all queries. The rooms were very neat and clean. The only problem we faced was that the lift was not available to go to top floors. Property is very near to railway station and we could just walk to the station in 5 minutes.
