Very bad services provided by hotel we booked superior room with city view 2 room but they didn’t give that , in room there were no window all closed , bathroom geyser was not working , bathroom exhaust was not working , smelling so much bathroom , soap dispenser not working , complaint so many time but they didn’t bother , so plz avoid this hotel to stay , , Thanks

Stayed at Hotel Ascent Biz for a short work trip and had a comfortable experience. The location is convenient for markets and transport, check-in was quick, and the staff at reception and the restaurant were genuinely courteous. My room was tidy with fresh linen, good water pressure and hot water, effective AC, and stable Wi-Fi for video calls. Housekeeping was punctual and the lobby/corridors were kept clean, which added to the sense of safety and hygiene. Breakfast had a decent mix of Indian and continental items and the tea/coffee were nice. Overall, good value for money, professional service, and a pleasant stay. I’d happily recommend Hotel Ascent Biz to both business and family travelers and would choose it again on my next visit.

Overall, my 3-day stay was quite good — the room, service, and staff were all fine. However, I faced a couple of small issues. One day I went a bit late for breakfast, and I was told that I would have to pay for it. Also, if you are staying for multiple days, please note that they do not change the bed sheet daily unless you specifically request it. So, my suggestion to future guests is to go for breakfast on time and request bed sheet changes if needed, otherwise it might be inconvenient.
