Location is good. Food was good too but the person taking care in the main building was very rude and his behavior was inappropriate. As attached they had this beautiful pic saying complementary hi-tea. When we went the waiter gave us the menu and when i asked if i can order anything, he said yes. But i was surprised and asked i can order anything in complimentary hi-tea. He was rude then and said not complimentary. In that u only get tea coffee. I went to reception and said u mentioned snacks and tea and u have this amazing photo saying so many items and this guy is telling i get only tea and coffee. Then he was called and informed to provide tea and snacks also. Then without asking my preference he just got us 2 coffee which was not hot and 2 sweet bun for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. When i said i wanted tea, he said only coffee. So i literally had nothing. Thing was his behavior as if he was giving from his pocket. And when u say complimentary dont behavior like u r feeding for free else dont give. Other than above everything and everybody were good.

Though centrally located it is an exceptionally quiet place with lots of greenery around. Ample car parking is an additional bonus. Apart from complimentary breakfast, complimentary hot beverages and freshly made snacks in the evening make the place even more attractive. Add to this round the clock supply of hot water for shower. Service staff more than compensate for their apparent lack of experience with their eagerness to look after all your needs.

I can only recommend the hotel ashhok.

We were in hassan with our family at the end of december 2024 and stayed at Ashhok Hassan ashhok. This is an excellent Ashhok Hassan. The rooms are large and clean and the service is perfect. In the evening you can have a small snack in the lounge next to the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and service-orientated. I can only recommend the Ashhok Hassan ashhok.

Overall a decent experience. Food service is a tad bit slow. Otherwise all good. Rooms were nice. But bathrooms need a better upkeep. Not exactly bad but needs improvement. Took 2 different rooms, in both we have similar feedbacks.

Excellent environment with amazing staff. Food was really amazing. Room was like marvelous. Totally i enjoyed my stay there. It was like my home feeling for me when i entered the gate. I don't have any images. Sorry.

Location is fabulous. Green surroundings. But property has remained the same over last 20 years. Bath rooms need urgent upgrading. But on a positive note it has retained the quality of food. But it brought back nostalgic memories
