Very good food and peaceful location.we can play carrom, badminton etc and very good swimming pool except wifi is not there inside rooms

Visit for family vacation but not happy with facility

It was good, room quality was okayish but loved the location and pool area of the resort.

we did not stay at the hotel at all, since the resort was below sub standard. with foul smell, dirty floors, stained bedsheet, no flush, broken tap, faulty key card, creepy environment, untidy and high environment with construction activity everywhere. dirty in front of the room with construction materials thrown around which made us very uncomfortable.

Location- 3.5 Property- 4 Servi es- 2.5 NO mobile coverage wifi poor Food - Expensive My two cents on the stay. The property is good with new infrastructure. Pool is plus point. Rooms neat. And the good part ends there. The services are poor. I stayed for a night on 11 Apr 25 with my family. In the morning there was no water in the wash room. I went around to report the matter to staff at 6am after waiting for water for an hour. There was no staff present in the property. I then woke up the Security from the room at the entrance. He had no clue as to from where the water comes. He tried calling the manager Prashant but his phone was switched off. At 0730am some staff came they tried to open few valves but still no water came in toilets. There were about 30 guests having the same problem with not a drop of water in toilet. it was only at around 0830 am that some staff who knw where to switch on the motor came and switched it on after that it took another 20 mon for tanks to fill before water supply came washroom. couldn't not meet the manager who comes to the property only around 10 30 am. Had plans of going for a morning treck bit the entire morning went in finding water for morning chores. Manger should be held accountable for : a. Not having a system to ensure water supply is provided to the wash rooms. b. Not having a single staff for looking at requirements of guests in the property at night. c. Keeping is mobile switched off. d. Arriving at the property ony after 1030Am. To sum it up ot was a bad experience.
