Yesterday was not good as expected. The time I reached the hotel was around 11 o’clock terrible terrible. There were no reception person when I arrived waited for 10 to 15 minutes. Then I got a room. The completely room was not hygiene. Every switches were having a lot of issues. I wanted to drink hot water. The kettle was not working. Then I went and called that person receptionist he came and he took some 20 minutes and given an alternate at sharp 1 o’clock night. There was a short circuit happened in the room and the AC got disconnected, even the fan switches were not available Due to the weather conditions. I slept and there was no problem entirely the amount which I have paid is not worth. It was equal to a local lodge, Thank you.

Hotel is good but overpriced. Cleanliness need to be improved. Staff are helpful. Food is okay

It was an horrible stay since bedsheets and pillows are not cleaned as well lot of smell. Even room also not maintained properly and lot of dust, in simple i never been such and worse hotel in my journey with paid 2k+

The ceiling of the restaurant is leaking the ac is not working properly

Ok service is good. But little bit improvement required in room services and room amendments. Some of bathroom materials not working need maintenance.

Bad experience ever in my life 😡 waste of money rooms were terrible not even bed was clean bathroom was dirty and full bad smell 😫🤢 bed full of. Ants and service was worthless

Dirty linen, dirty washroom, dust on bed. Very bad experience, lock not properly fitting, parking area not clean

Ac is working but cooling is not done and toilet exhaust fan not working and citterns is smell and bed is smell and toilet door locks not working worst hostel booking in my first time. I’m already checked out yesterday. But money is not refunded

1)wash rooms are dirty and smell and not clean 2) breakfast is not available yet we booked room including breakfast paid by my company corporate booking 3) after we ask in the reception then they have a piece of bread omlet as a break fast without water/no water provided they don't know to run a lodge/ hotel staff are very un hygiene so pathetic 4) waste of maney i suggest not to look towards this hotel again

Terrible stay. Very dirty bed sheets and towels. Rooms were also smelling as if it hasnt been used for ages also the mosquitoes at night were a mennace. Please never stay here.

The curtain are hanging & torn and room are full of red small ants on bed and every where in the room, bathroom smells too much

Broken ceiling, roaches in bathroom, unclean bathrooms, no water pressure, bed sheets need regular washing.

Overall good stay with neat and hygiene environment. Food served was delicious and prompt room service. Only drawback was leaking sink apart from that experience was good

One of greatest poet of kannada bendre lived in dharwad. But staff of the hotel don't know kannada. Felt very bad. Met the owner and told about this

The hotel staff are not very friendly. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and had holes in it. Parking place is very bad.

The hotel is in a complex always crowded and receptionist was irrational not well behaved and room service was not that good no complimentary water bottle and ac was not functioning properly. Nothing else

Nice big rooms. Very hygienic. Good ambience. All staffs were very polite and understanding. Food was good. Very efficient and good service. Nicely located. Less noisy area. Awesome stay recommendable hotel. Value for money.
