I went to Shillong on 25 December and burned through 3 evenings there I had booked three two fold overnight boarding house triple bedded rooms 1 month preceding our visit in view of the suggestions from tripadvisor. Two ladies at the reception were very humble, cordial and polite. Service staff were very good for providing me plenty of warm water as and whenever I requested. Thank you. But brooming and cleaning of floor was done at all in the room.
Room structure and dimension was very good, amenities were very good, staff were very nice and cordial, they have provided me plenty of warm water as requested, blanket and line were fine, soap, towel were good. But brooming and sweeping of floor was not done. Check-in formality was followed disciplined and I like it. Thank you very much Ashutosh Inn working staff, not the manager who doesn't have any etiquette over the room service phone call.

I stayed here during the period India started waking up to the virus scare. The Ashutosh Inn staff was very understanding and I appreciate it. The Ashutosh Inn door closes at 10 PM. Due to security reasons in the vicinity and I totally understand it but if we are looking for night life in shilling, we may need to request the Ashutosh Inn to open the entry door at night. I loved the way the cleaning staff worked and kept my room neat and tidy. Their restaurant is just amazing for the view and chilling out.

It was a neat and clean property, rooms were decent. Service and amenities were good. Host was approachable, he knew Hindi and English and was very polite. It was centrally located and you will easily get cab or bus from there. It is located on a walk able distance to police bazaar. Only concern, there was no power back up and there was no window or natural source for light. So, it will be difficult for families to stay. They could have kept full menu card in the rooms.

It is 2 min walking distance and its best for couple who wants peace as there is no any types of disturbance. Room tariff is in budget and I paid per day. Its also provide food facilities which is good and room service is also good. All the rooms are well furnished with bathtub geyser and also the staff behavior is very decent.

Stay was brilliant. I visited first time to Shillong and it was very pleasant to me. The people of the Shillong are very nice and helpful. I had not very much time to visit Meghalaya as I visited for office work. If I get any chance to visit again I definitely want to go with my family. I hope that my children will enjoy very much.
Towels must be provided by the Ashutosh Inn to their customers.

They provided me a good room. Excellent location, near police Bazar, on the road, easy to locate. Good quality of foods. But needs to improve behaviour of staffs. Poor maintenance of washrooms and rooms. Dirty towel, no soaps, etc. But above all, I recommend to stay in this Ashutosh Inn.

Foods are costly but acceptable, service needs to be improved very casual, toilet was bit small and water keeps dropping if there is rain outside, over all good Ashutosh Inn at this range. Interiors has quirky vibe, that's the only best thing about this Ashutosh Inn.

This stay was with my friends and family, it is a very good Ashutosh Inn. The location was so convenient as a taxi stand, bus stand was nearby. Food was available on a paid basis and it was tasty. The staff was nice and the facilities were quite good. The room was very well maintained, the property is recommendable.

Single room is too small. It is not comfortable.

I loved the holiday home at its fullest. Rooms were very well furnished and boasted with an awesome decor. The holiday home was completely clean. The lunch was very tasty. The holiday home was not that good looking but I had a nice experience. Moreover the holiday home was well built too with good activities.

Location was superb. Although the room was very small but after discussion with a lady who is taking care of Ashutosh Inn she has changed my room and needless to say that same was satisfactory. Breakfast is not available however it is very near to market so we have lot of option to choose the best of own choice.

Location was good and it was located in a residential area. Rooms were clean and up to the mark. Facilities provided were ok. The only problem was regarding security, it was not as secure as expected. Surely, I will recommend this property to others.
