ASR Parklane

I had a great experience regarding room quality, space, breakfast, ASR Parklane staff service etc but I was very disappointed with your Wi-fi connection. Its poor quality signal ensured that I did not get the internet connection that is most important for me during my stay at any Hotel. I complained about this to the ASR Parklane staff, but they could not do anything because the problem was with the low signal output equipment. There are Wi-fi equipment separately available for Hotel with boosters. You need to install a signal booster and also change the present equipment to offer Guest high-quality internet signal. I stayed overnight. Someone from the ASR Parklane called me to reconfirm my special request for very late check-in. The check-in was real quick. Clean and spick and span. I arrived at 11 pm. Only disappointment was that there was no round the clock kitchen to order something from. Overall a great stay nevertheless. Courteous front office staff. Special mention for Deepa and Nisha at the restaurant. They were mindful and really went out od their way with the service.

Though the access to the property is a bit of a twister, the rooms are decent and welcoming. The check-in was smooth and the receptionists were extremely courteous and helpful. Though the restaurant area is small without sufficient space for a full buffet layout, the service was very warm and encouraging. The bed however was worrisome in our room since maybe it was a spring bed and squeaked the whole night! overall, it is a good overnight place.

Took a one night halt at this ASR Parklane while traveling to kerala with family. Staff is very courteous and polite. The ASR Parklane itself if very nice and clean. The rooms are clean, spacious enough and well maintained. The ASR Parklane is just off the bangalore - chennai highway and is very conveniently located. Will surely book this ASR Parklane again for a transit halt in future trips.

A good place to stay near hosur, the property is just located next to engg college and many companies. Neat and clean rooms, good service. Limited options in breakfast menu ! most of the staff were courteous except for 1 front desk staff mr. Madhesh who seems to be rude just because the booking has been done. If you guys doesn't encourage bookings, please duelist it.

An almost perfect ASR Parklane. Everything was neat and clean. Service was courteous and prompt. All the staff, -at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant -were prompt, polite and pleasant. Everything requested was provided. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Ample parking space for cars was available. I would love to return back anytime.

The property is very nice good amenities, quite clean as well. The linen could have been much cleaner though. The location is a big problem it is not possible to find a taxi or even an autorickshaw. No Ola or Uber service either. When I requested the reception to find me a taxi, they tried to overcharge, asking for an unreasonable amount.

We found this while traveling through the hosur bengaluru highway, needed a night stay and this place looked descent. Reached and found it to be a lot better than expected. Spacious and good parking, friendly reception and staff, and clean and tidy room. It was just perfect for our stop after a tiring long drive, right on the highway.

If you want to avoid bangalore traffic if returning to tn you can do your night stay in hosur instead. Thats the reason we stayed here and it turned out to be a pleasant one.

Just booked this ASR Parklane to catch some sleep, after driving several hrs, had great time here. Though i need to leave early b4 the breakfast ASR Parklane staffs made some sandwich gave definitely this ASR Parklane is one of the best in hosur area.

The property is really well maintained and very well located close to the highway with adequate parking space. The rooms are spacious with great views of the surroundings. The restaurant in the property served good food. Overall the experience was great!

Lift is being maintained clean but still more cution steps can be done can tell a operator to manage it separately
