The room is clean and well maintained, bathroom has good space and clean too. The caretakers are very nice and easily approachable. The only thing missing is proper food, they provide a simple breakfast which is free but you'll have to order or eat outside for proper lunch and dinner. The property is on the 2nd floor of the building just behind bk market in shakespeare saran i road, the entrance is unexpected, and we have to go around the corner from the left side of bk market and walk up 2 flights of small stairs, or by an old small elevator. However it is in a prime location and overall we had a good stay here.

Situated at centre place. Stayed almost two days. Very homely environment. Best supprot recieved from everyone. Rooms are clean & hygenic. Breakfast was good. Room service was also good. The best part was the hospitality & upto next level support recieved by divya malik. Recomended it for my next visit too.

It was nice experience for me. The host and staff were pleasant, kind and they treated me very well. It's near the us consulate, walkable distance. The room was very neat and tidy. Interaction with staff especially manas and surojit was excellent. They are always ready to help since i'm new to this city.

the place looks good, don't judge by the exterior cover of the building. things are great and optimised in the say. The staff was very friendly and convenient throughout the stay.
