I arrived at early morning and no one picked my phone. Even the watchman did not know what flat number I should go to. Tired and waited for an hour calling frantically all numbers. Finally I was allowed. My check-in time was 6:30 am and checkout time was 10 am same day. When I requested for little late check-out they denied. Even they made lot of fuss to even keep my luggage saying that they do not have space. Breakfast was charged to me even though it was included. Overall terrible experience. The owner is not customer centric.
