The hotel is in a residential area. The rooms are big and spacious and well lit. However the maintenance of some key amenities like in house telephone that does not work. The service is good but not excellent, they need training

it was okay okay stay and some rooms are not clean and bathrooms are not well cleaned and also no proper liquids used to clean….after cleaning we get bad smell in the room from the mop they have used. but restaurant menu will come on time that’s why it’s 3

Location is good but very crowded location. Road is not good in font of hotel. Room was spacious but not well maintained. Few issue faced while my stay like no towels and tv not working. Cleaning only happened when i requested.

The room was spacious and clean. The service unfortunately was pathetic. Had to ask for housekeeping, water, towels everytime. The cupboard lock was not working, the tv was not supporting netflix, bathroom locks were also old. Shower handle also came off. The key kept getting deactivated everyday even though we had it booked for 3 days.

Rooms are good, but the stuffs are not trained, the security guard attitude was so rude, suggesting not to book

Phone was not working, they did not repaired as well, most of the doors handle was damaged, not even a tea bad in the room

Key for lock broke while opening the lock. It was so tight. And they also charged 350- for the same
