Location, food and services were good. Though the blankets provided were too thick for the weather and they didn't have any alternative so I had trouble sleeping at night. Also there was a 4 inch centipede in the bathroom.

Property is fine, less noisy & less crowded. Staff behavior is good. But Room was neat & clean but they installed a TV of Samsung's 50 inch LED yet there's no Smartness in that TV, Infact their maintenance staff lacks knowledge on it. We somehow fixed it through our laptop. Other than that, food was decent, price is fine. Overall a Nice comfy stay in Astra Vistas.

The air conditioner was set in automation and I was repeatedly reducing the temperature manually but due to automation the temperature was not reducing. I could not sleep the whole night and was sweating. There was no ceiling fan in the room. I also complained at the reception but there was no resolution.

location is remote but near to JECC did not try food. They have lied that kettle is provided. Did not give one even when demanded multiple times. The room was cleaned taking half an hour even when I reported for checkin in the evening at 6 O Clock. Third class hotel which has lobby space in front of lift as jugadu dining space. Not worth the price paid.

The rooms are worst to stay since you can hear voice of other rooms as well. So muxh disturbance all around onto floor. You have to request towel and bathroom kit it was not there. During winter room is not warm since there is a gap in window where air is passing. No proper in room to stay in winters. You have to ask for it.
