I will definitely give 5 star for this stay 1. If you are first timer to chikkmagulur or you are confused by checking lot of stays. Just go for this stay and you will love it. 2. It is very near to the town. Just 10 mins from center which is budget friendly (it may vary from weekdays to weekends) 3. Stay surrounded by coffe plantation. You can go for walks any time in the day. You can even see the surroundings in google maps. 4. Stay is very clean and hygiene. 5. When you talk about this stay we should definitely talk about animals. There are love birds, rabbits and dogs in the stay. Especially dogs, i never seen dogs such friendly. They stay calm all the time and don’t bother you. You just start for a walk 3 dogs will escort you like body guards. What ever direction, how much time you want to walk they are with you. Even people afraid with dogs will also enjoy their company. 6. Food: food is very very tasty. Both veg and non veg. In non veg you wont get much varieties like resort, but you get homely cooked food. You also get zomato and swiggy delivery available but believe me you will not order it. And coffee is awesome. 7. Stay has swimming pool, archery, darts. They put camp fire every night. 8. You can sit out side your stay and enjoy the nature. Cons: 1. They wont provide lunch. 2. Stay doesn’t have couple rooms. Even though you book for couple, you will get 4 people stay if there weren’t much bookings.

Stayed in this beautiful property for 2 nights. Rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was clean and big. Has a nice seat out with chairs and table when you can have your food, drinks or just sit and relax or play carrom with your family. They will provide bonfire on request. Tea, coffee, onion pakora is available or request. Home stay owner and his associates are very friendly and helpful for all our needs and very prompt in service. Owner can arrange for an open hood jeep for sight seeing, which is just awesome. Overall we had a very nice stay there and will definitely choose the place again for our next visit. Location is away from city crowd, on the plains in the midst of a plantation.

Surprised that we were given a sanitation kit at the arrival at 70rs per one kit. Which had glove mask and small sanitisor for two days of usage. Room was basic but neat and bright. Properly designed for a homestay (dont expect it to be like resort with junk interiors) our evening started with calm chirping sounds of birds and as sun sets at the chilling outside area warm bonfire with delicious home prepared starters was served. Limited option for food but was mild and delicious. Staffs crunch is there but we understood its due to current situation but they are obedient and responsive for whatever they ask. Over all its a delightful stay. We are extending our stay by booking directly.

Firstly it's situated in between coffees estates which makes the experience of stay even better. Imagine waking up in between forest with the sounds of peacock and birds chirping. It's mesmerizing. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and our room which had 2 double beds and a single bed was more than enough for us. The place is new and hence the rooms are all clean and service is also on point. We had breakfast everyday and that too was delicious. The managers are also helpful as they guided us for our travel itinerary and showed us some short cuts also. You can also request them for a bonfire or DJ nights. In a nutshell it's a very good option to spend your Weekend here.

I have stayed there for 3 nights in December 2019. Very nice location with stay right in the middle of coffee plantations. Host Mr. Krishna is very warm and welcoming. After knowing, we went there on our wedding anniversary, he ordered cake which was a very nice gesture. Property is quite excellent, so are the rooms. Food is very nice. Zomoto delivery is also available at this place, but I am sure you will not want to miss the food over there. It has a newly constructed pool. Bonfires would be there every night. Staffs are also very helpful. A definite place to stay if you are visiting Chikmagalur.

Location- Far from the din and bustle of city life. Right at the centre of coffee plantation. Stay- A peaceful and homely stay in the lap of nature. Service- Hospitality is commendable. Staffs are very good and helpful. Food- Tasty and hygienic. Cons: (1)Lack of proper security, (2)Need more lights inside coffee plantation on the way to Athmiya Vacations | Plantation Delights Villa, (3)Require more variety of food, (4)Daily room cleaning.

The location is very serene, with peacocks calling and birds chirping in the early mornings and late afternoon. The food was simple and good. The rooms neat with hot water. The staff Sachin, Siddique and Avinash were excellent hosts. And the manager Krishna was at his best. He was a mine of information about the tourist spots. And the open jeep ride he took us was very memorable. In short it was a idyllic stay. Only thing is though, if I have to do it again, I would have done in october as the co pilot in sully said, as it was hot in the mid afternoons.

Stayed at the homestay for 3 nights in the month of march. It is in middle of coffee Plantation and nearly 6 kms from Chikmagalur City. The homestay is easily accessible. Mr Krishna, the owner and caretaker is a very nice and helpful person. He ensured all the guests are taken care of and also suggested with nearby tourist places. There is a swimming pool and bonfire is conducted almost every night. The breakfast and dinner are very homely, hygienic and delicious. It's a homestay, so don't expect a dozen of different food items as in a resort.

We were three girls stayed there for long weekend. Very beautiful property, surrounded by coffee plantation. So many cute pets. Staff is so supportive. Rooms were spacious. They arranged bonfire for us. It is one of the best property in chikkamagaluru. Highly recommended.

Rooms are fine and clean. Breakfast is not that impressive. Staff behavior is good and service is quite impressive. Night camp fire and chicken barbeque is a memorable moment.

It's a very pleasant stay in the midst of coffee plantation. The location, hospitality by staff members, rooms and food.. Everything is awesome. Also, the homestay is very economical. A special thanks to Krishna (caretaker) who helped us to explore Chikmagalur in a suitable way.

I was worried which resort to go and check some resorts near By but I was not satisfied at last I check and booked discovery Plantation Delights and no Idea about the resort but when I went I was shocked it was some there were wearing mask and checked complete details By checking temperature, I feel safe there and happy with there service and food was delicious it was home food kitchen was clean and hygiene Ratings Clean 5/5 Food 5/5 Location 5/5 Staff 5/5 Swimming pool 4/5

Stay was comfortable. Pool they should clear regularly. Its a homestay with pool and good facilities
