The stay was good but the service was pathetic. They can't even provide tea in the morning. I called multiple times at their kitchen but they were unable to feed us. Always denied for the food.

Rooms were average, hot water was not available 24hrs, only in morning time it was available room service for food and beverages were not very good, they took too much time for delivery, for tea they took 45 minutes after repeated reminders
