Rooms are dirty Old construction Poor services Broken tiles Rats stool gysear not working Poor water supply in taps Staff insufficient Poor food quality Manager and most of the staff not concerned Not value for money Please do not book this hotel

this is question of booking I have given all details for my booking and has confirmed it but when I reached property then came to know that hut size was not suitable for 2 adult and 2 children( age 14 & 10).same thing already confirmed by the property owner but make my trip agent was helpless to arrange the facility or cancel booking. I had to pay extra amount to get another hut for my children. really it's bad experience to booking

Location was very good. Only 5 minutes distance to catch chair car to upper Auli. Cleanliness is poor and staff was in different. Kitchen service was not good at all.

It was a good stay with a perfect location and view. Sometime you may face electricity issue.

Property offers the best view of the mountains and the staff here is too kind. Food prepared is homely and everybody at the property is too helpful and kind. The best property to stay in Auli

Amazing stay hospitality to excellent

Cramped up rooms, dirty linens, bathroom geysers don’t work, they don’t have a kitchen and get food from outside. The worst part is tha there is only one attendant who behaves rudely when asked for anything. Not at all recommended for staying. We had to check out within 2 hours having realised the conditions of the resort.

Stay was wonderful. The staff were very cooperative. Food was simple yet delicious. Property is beautiful.

Really the worst experience we had ever. No proper power backup, no water facility, and unhygienic rooms. They don't even change the bedsheets and all the bedsheets are wet and don't even change the bedsheets. Uncleaned bathrooms. Simply we spoiled this trip. And they don't even respond for our issues.

It's worst experience i ever had. It's not worth at this cost. There is no proper response over the staff. The room was unhygienic. They were not providing proper response to our concern. There was no proper maintenance of the room and bathroom. The room heater is not working. There is no proper water facility and they don't care about this issue and not responding on that

Accommodation was good but food was terrible. They had fixed timings for everything. We had booking for new year eve and as soon as it was midnight, they stopped music and took speakers inside.

A great stay with a great views. Just next to GNVN Guest house. Cottage are little small but ok… Foods is ok.

My husband and i wanted to visit auli for a trek and booked this resort (so called) which suggested it to be a good option for 2 nights. But it was the worse decision. The cottage was not cleaned for ages as it seemed with spider webs all around in the room and bathroom. We asked them to change the cottage and the next one too had the same issue. These cottages are just run for care takers and they don’t clean it unless someone asks for. We got them to broom the cottage to remove all the webs. We had carried our own bed sheet so that came to use as the bed sheets were so dirty that it seemed no one bothered to buy new ones for decades. We stayed there for one night and checked out. While the location is the only good thing, you may want to look around other properties just outside. Avoid this place if you can

The view from the room is mind blowing. The overall location and area is very nice. Staff especially sandeep is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are a bit small and just suffice for max two people and bathroom is little disappointing.

View from the hotel is stunning and the location is very close to the auli peak. Also the food and services were good too.
