1. Room quality is very bad 2. Spider webs are there 3. Room ventilator was very dirty 4. Curtains very bad situation 5. Pillow cover dirty 6. The reception staff was very pathetic in communication. 7. Door not locked properly inside room. 8. We checked in 9:00 pm he said for check out 9:00 am. Only 12 hours. 9. Our room no. Was 107 and beside that room few persons are there drinking and smoking. Very bad experience with that hotel and you are also responsible for this.

No proper facilities are there like wifi is not working for continuously 12 hours , rooms are very small , management is not good, they are not able to resolve problems. They are not able to provide blanket.

very poor service.very rude.dont know the meaning of customer service.had to wait for 30 mints for a room even after confirmation over the phone.no toiletries,no blankets and towels provided.i had never experienced such a poor service in my life.

Worst Bathroom ever....too much little space with little to no hygiene. I would like to suggest to sale the hotel to someone who can actually do a justification of the hotel. Stayed for 1 night....terrible experience .

I recently stayed at this property as a solo traveler. While the room itself was decent and met basic expectations, my stay was far from restful. The outside noise was overwhelming, with constant disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, the cleaning staff's noise during early hours made it even harder to get any proper rest. I would suggest the management work on soundproofing the rooms and ensuring staff maintain a quieter environment, especially during odd hours. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone looking for a peaceful stay

Very small room and no space there is no cupboard to keep the luggage.

The room didn't look good and the bathroom was not clean enough. I'm completely disappointed in this stay. I will want to book more with your app but not accept this kind of hotel. Anyway next time i will look at better rooms in my stay.

It was a journey for my work purpose...I didn't enjoyed that much in that trip. I just did whatever is necessary.

Room was not maintained properly. No good ventilation. No window at all but they mention as city view room. Restroom also so conjusted. Over all it is not suitable for family, just a mansion room.
