Room was average and unfinished. Food and Service very average. Location is decent. Too pricy for the quality of room and Service.

My recent stay at Auradoon by Leisure Hotels in Dehradun was truly satisfying. The property offers a serene and well-maintained environment with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The food was delicious with a good variety, served fresh and with warmth. One of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful view of the Mussoorie mountains—absolutely refreshing and soothing to the eyes. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Tanisha for her outstanding hospitality. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was pleasant and hassle-free. However, the absence of a driver’s dormitory was a minor setback. I had to make separate arrangements for the driver at a nearby hotel, which added to the expense. It would be great if this aspect could be looked into for a more seamless experience.

Superb hotel gives luxurious vibes, just a thing the room was quite smaller as compared to the pricing and the view was amazing and food is above average. Food is above average and good , location is perfect but room size is quite smaller

Ayush(Manager) is a very professional and humble person, he upgraded our room category without any extra cost) Food: Absolutely delicious! The menu offers a wide variety, and everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Location: Perfectly situated — close to major attractions and well-connected. Yet, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the city's noise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a memorable stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location is good.The rooms are clean and big.Now it is newly built so the interior is also good.The staff is also fine

The food, ambience and location was good. North Indian food selection can be expanded. Live music was nice. Not very kid friendly but awesome for young adults!

It's Good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Meal is good. I will recommend it to others and stay in this hotel.

AC is not working properly , internet was also problematic , location was also inside the city will looking fir a peaceful place

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a serious incident that occurred during my stay. The hotel-assigned driver accidentally hit and damaged my car while attempting to park it. At the time, the driver admitted fault and assured that the hotel would compensate for the damage. However, since then, I have received no support or assistance from the hotel management. Most concerning is the behavior , the hotel manager, who completely ignored my repeated requests for help. Despite being present and aware of the incident, he refused to take any responsibility or assist in resolving the matter. His unprofessional and indifferent attitude added to the stress and inconvenience I faced. I request you to take this matter seriously, initiate communication with the hotel management, and support me in getting appropriate compensation for the damage caused. I have photos of the damage, repair estimates, and can provide further details upon request.

We had a great experience staying in the auradoon particularly in aura suite. The staff was very polite and helpful, with a special thanks to ayush, the manager, for arranging everything in very short span of time. And shreyas at front desk was great. The hotel is very well maintained with great quality and delicious food.

Auradoon was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean comfortable and well appointed with a nice balcony attached. The bathroom though compact had excellent fixtures. The breakfast buffet does have scope for improvement though it was adequate. The staff was nice friendly and helpful

Really enjoy the property. staff was very good. We love the services of this hotel and the manager. Ayush is very cooperative and very nice person.

charges were very high, but the amenities were nothing like it was not. This experience was not worth the amount we paid. Please ask the hotel to lower down the price for the services that they are offering otherwise, there are other good options available.

The rooms were awesome, nyc valley view, staff was so cooperative 10/10
