Aurelia Comforts

i got this hotel online searching for near Yenepoya Medical College Mangalore. Breakfast was very good and services and amenities was excellance.Friendly and homely environment stay.

Room was excellent, breakfast was ok, service was also very good, only problem was bathroom water was muddy,

Location wise, it was good. However, the suite room was not worth the price. For example, not even tissue paper was a coffee cutle was dirty etc

It was a comfortable stay, good cleanliness and hygiene recommended stay for family.accessable location.

Not my first visit. Very pleasant and quiet stay. Super close to yenapoya makes it perfect for a short visit

The stay was amazing, room was clean, staff was very helping. I would recommend this stay to my friends as well. But the only drawback is, it's in outskirts of the city

The property is quite new, rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast can be improved, breakfast taste is very average

The room was very clean, and i had a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast items were running out quickly.

The ambience and the exterior of buildings were perfect. The rooms were not perfectly cleaned. The mats, towels were dirty and not fresh. Above all that, the room was smelly. Overall, the only good thing is the location with easy access to all tourist spots. 2/5

Good location if are coming for collage. Eateries around supplement to non availability of restaurant in hotel. Even quickie purchase of clothing as it is above clothing shop.

I had booked aurelia comforts based on high reviews and good feedback. But such a situation was not in my favor. First of all we arrived at 5am, i know it's way too early considering our check in was at 11am. The person at reception was reluctant to provide a room and told to wait until 6am. We had a child with us and considering we were already tired, the least courtesy was to not to ask us to wait u till 6am. I was ready to even book an extra room. Anyways, the person asked me to pay 1k to enter the room. Upon entering, we room was okay, however everything kept was of single usage. I. E. Single towel, 1 soap etc. We had booked the room for two adults so i found this very strange. We were not explained on the reception number to dial, the wifi password nor breakfast timings. Absolutely nothing was told to us on arrival. I mean not that we expect people smiling to greet us but least receptionist should be appealing to the customers on the first day of arrival. This is lacking here in this hotel even on the next day morning. Now comes the main concern of this hotel. The next day we had our personal work agenda and hence we told the hotel receptionist to keep our room clean, we would return in the evening. Upon arrival to our surprise, the room was as it was when he left it, but here is the worst part. All the walls were covered with small lady bugs crawling everywhere. It was yuck. Just above our bed was a big spider web. This shows cases how aurelia comfort hotel takes care of the room service. Upon informing the receptionist, they seem to be least concerned which brings to the attention to the point that this hotel doesn't really care for what customers say. We were there for a 2 day stay, and thank god for that cause we checked out the next morning and headed to another hotel. I certainly would not recommended anyone booking aurelia comforts. Improvements needed a) a better receptionist who can greet people nicely and explain things of the room and facilities b) room cleanliness needs to be definitely improved. I don't think ab y person on this planet would like to see bugs crawling on the walls. Things that were good a) breakfast was nice b) staff and watchman were good. Very polite

Good stay for 1 night. Everything went perfect. For short stay near yen medical college it is recommended.

They stay was amazing. Clean and modern interior. Service was very nice. Amenities also good. Washroom was so clean and no smell. Loved it.

although location wise is good, cleanliness is average. They are offering complementary breakfast with charges but options are pathetic for North Indian people. They don't have their own restaurant. And most importantly I have stayed near about 200 hotels across India, but never ever has been forced (in a gentle Manner 😏) to check out before the stipulated time. So overall it was an average stay out there.

The room was neat, breakfast was mean and lean (miserable, and basement parking was emitting sweage smell. Staff were cooperative. In general, it was a good place to stay.
