The room quality at aureum is definitely top notch with extremely supportive and helpful room staff. There is some improvement required in training of the front desk but they too are welcoming and courteous. Food is average compared to other properties in and around jammu. One strong negative is that ordering from zomato or swiggy is not allowed unlike radisson blu or taj vivanta. As food options nearby are limited, this creates an impediment for the guests. Facade and cleanliness can be improved by miles. Overall 4/5

It was nice staying there,ambience was eye catching ,food was good and more importantly the staff was very generous and well mannered .However,as the location of Aureum Grand Hotels And Resorts, Jammu is little away from the city and market ,transport facility is poor,transport services should be improved and cost for ride should be genuine as it is pricey for even 2km distance like vijaypur.

My two nights stay at Aureum Grand was amazing. This is the perfect place for those wanting seclusion from city life, nature around with great ambiance, luxury, 24×7 room dining facility and very spacious park outside. We had our best time there. The staff and the team, all were very cooperative and well behaved. The service provided was excellent.
