From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The property is stunning, with elegant interiors that blend modern luxury with traditional charm. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The amenities were top-notch, from the serene pool area to the well-equipped fitness center. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a culinary delight, with a menu that showcased both local and international flavors. What truly set aurika apart, though, was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels is good but room. Service is very poor i order just green salads and plates they took like almost 2 hrs and even after the food i said to clear the room they were like not turned at all then i myself kept the plates in the corridor or the room so they should improve in the service specially f and b even in the front office they not informed me my packages like happy hrs i had and whit ever i order it ws like 15% discount but they not gave any discount as well as not informed me the package what all i had including happy hrs i had even that i came to know the next day when i saw my booking and when we entered there were no body to. our and explain about the Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels this i felt bad and you should take. Care well of your guests being with this standards do improve it and for all guests it will help tq.

The property is at a nice location with easy access to both north and south mumbai. Rooms were extremely clean and luxurious with all amenities in the bathrooms. We had a pool view room which added to its glory. However the checkout was tedious as the staff was not picking calls. We had to bring all our heavy luggage on our own to the reception. Also, we had a lunch and breakfast (included) in the Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels. The restaurant service was tooo slow and we repeatedly asked for certain things and it was never served. Breakfast buffet was fresh but it had a very limited spread. I would stay here again but refrain from ordering or visiting their restaurant which was average and over priced and they add hefty service charge without informing along with poor service.

Though the Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels was full capacity they managed it very well. The staff are trained to do everything so well. And always with a smile. The breakfast was okay could do better with quality, but served beautifully. Starting with the reception lobby which looks vibrant and each and every corner, furnishings makes you feel the rich experience.

. The facilities were pristine, and the contemporary design was a pleasant surprise. However, while the accommodations were impressive, the food did not meet expectations. The dining options were limited, and the quality of the meals fell short of what one might hope for in such a well-regarded establishment. Overall, the stay was enjoyable thanks to the Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels’s amenities, but the dining experience could use some improvement.

The Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels is new and swanky however the services needs to be brought up to the level of a five star Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels. The breakfast spread was very basic and quality will need work. The front office team did not have the information of my booking amendment. I had earlier booked for 2 days and later amended to 1 night, this was not reflecting at their end.

The entrance is bit confusing but once you enter the Aurika, Mumbai International Airport - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels, everything looks perfect. Spacious rooms, big tv, perfect toiletries, better housrkeeping then 7 star property, large swimming pool, very large breakfast buffet spread. What else do you need for a 5 star !

The room's ambience is a mood changer. Beautiful swimming pool and breakfast is awesome. The staff is so helpful and a few seconds away from anything you need. The checkin experience was so smooth.
