Good Breakfast & nice hotel to stay. Good surroundings & the environment around the hotel. Good service staff as well.

Spellbound ambience. Memorable stay at the property. I am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Every staff member is polite and professional. Would love to come back here.

There is some pervasive sewer smell on the lower floors. Probably to mask this smell overmuch of air perfume is sprayed. Otherwise not too bad. Location is very good for airport.

Good hotel, just 15 minutes from the airport. Just locating the entrance is sometimes confusing. Excellent staff and amenities, breakfast spread is good.

I couldn’t travel to Mumbai due to incessant rains and red alert advisory. The hotel still went ahead and charged the entire stay despite this being a natural calamity. Very disappointing as there is regular travel to Mumbai and this could have been adjusted against future stays. Have blacklisted Lemon Tree for future stays.

The property is decent but the staff service is pathetic. The process of check in spoiled our entire mood. They are unable to manage the number of guests and the staff is ignorant. The property is average, food is also average. The hotel is mantained only as an airport transit hotel.

This was not my first stay in Aurika Mumbai. But this time i felt more attentive that was very good, thr food was as expected as i always want. Location was very close from airport & highway as well. The facilities of this hotel was so luxurious i would definitely come back and stay the same.☺️ thAnks alot to MMT for giving me such good suggestions & offer on my this Booking.

Not truly a five star hotel experience. It has severe low staff issues, everywhere like at reception ( check in took almost more than half an hr plus waiting). In Buffet breakfast, service was not up to mark. Dining is very costly but lacks quality. The boy serving food in the room insisted on food bill settlement, despite the directions and normal practice that bill is settled on check out. Complimentary check in of two hrs was not solicited despite prior one day request. Weekend rush is not manageable by the staff. Despite advance booking of family members in 3 rooms , all rooms were given seperate floors like At 5 th , 7 th and 9th causing inconvenience.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and welcoming. But while booking through MMT, I was assured late check-out by 3 hours. While in reality, I was denied late check-out citing sold out rooms. Being a platinum member of MMT, did not expect this

Room is not clean. Bed linen, kettle and wardrobe are all dirty. They are not sanitizing the rooms after every stay. Breakfast service and selection is also very bad.
