Aurodhan | Art Gallary and Cultural Experiences

Pros: the house is amazing, everywhere you look, you see paintings and sculptures. I have never stayed in any Aurodhan | Art Gallary and Cultural Experiences or homestay that is so artistic. The furnitures are vintage but well maintained. The name art gallery is justified. Location: it's very close to the beach and french town. Lots of restaurants are just 5 min walk away. Caretaker: the person is nice and welcoming. He knows that he is guarding so many precious artwork, so he is alert but never rude. Cons: there is a strange smell in the room. One gets used to it but the owner can install a room freshner in the rooms to mitigate this. Why not invest this much extra to mitigate such a small issue in an otherwise fantastic place

Amazing place to stay in pondicherry if you love galleries. All the rooms have amazing art and you can check out the art gallery downstairs as well. There is a beautiful common kitchen area as well. The caretaker is nice and helpful and will hook you up with a 2-wheeler or an auto rickshaw if you ask him. The place is within walking distance from white town and just 15 mins away from the airport. The amenities in the Aurodhan | Art Gallary and Cultural Experiences are kinda old, example - the geyser takes a hell lot of time to make hot water, the tv (which is a curt tv) didn't work, etc. I would still definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at aurodhan art gallery was unique, amazing pleasant, we got a room open to the terrace, we could watch the sun rise( of course, a little hindered by the neighborhood houses) it was a beautiful view. Coming to the room, it has home like vibes, we spent 2 nights, it felt like our own bedroom. The bed and dohar was comfortable. The prime attraction is the vintage decor, every wall, every table adorns vintage art pieces, mirrors and many more. The reception is nothing short of a museum with exquisite paintings hanging on the walls. It's surely "fantartstic!

I wanted to share feedback on my recent stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions. Your staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing our experience. The room was superb and in beautiful condition, providing a very comfortable stay.

Lovely location, 1 minute from rock beach, the place is awesome with all the wooden and antiques in your room, the host and caretaker are very humble. (for north indians best place as both speak hindi)

It was a very nice stay, cozy and clean. The caretaker was also very helpful. Overall i had a very pleasant stay there.

The stay was truly magical. Never experienced such a peaceful experience before. I recommend everyone to book your room here its worth for it.

Very good experience as far as furniture’s and fixtures are concrete. Very neat and clean. Just need to have arrangement of shampoos and body wash as most of the travellers don’t carry such stuff

It was nice, heritage & antique feel, really worth for one who travel as couples also the serve is really awesome

Decent rooms, can be kept cleaner and better maintained though. But it suited our purpose location wise and will reuse it.

clean, peaceful . Good for art lovers, sea view from balcony. No food available, but restaurants are nearby you can order and have it in the dining area.

Location is very nice, close to Beach area & all prominent places is near-by. Property is well maintained.

A decent place with good decor. Will stay here again. The house keeping can be improved. Care taker not present most of the time.
