The stay was great the staff was helpful ,the room was spacious and clean and the location was on the main road which is good to commute

Totally waste of money, no facilities provide by the staff member, No help desk, no timing for breakfast, AC was not working, everything was not good.

Spacious room with seating area, attached kitchen. It’s neat and tidy. It’s on main road and was easy to find. Staff were friendly. Only con is about the light smell which the carpet emits. You should opt this place.

The huge plus for this property is the location- but the trouble start the moment you start stepping into it. Visibility is the first issue, no proper reception or staff to meet and guide. To put it, rooms are good and would be best among-st i have stayed in this area during the past decade. But very bad service or no proper care by the manager - absolutely no service once the care taker who goes home after his day’s work, no response on phone lines, no one to be found anywhere if in case you want anything, no tv channels (though the manager initially promised to add few, food if you want - you have to order a day prior, no breakfast before 9 am, no house keeping service unless you demand or towels bcoz they are wet, no sheet replacements, no proper plug to connect your chargers & the list goes on. This property has a lot potential provided there is no good places near by - unfortunately no on cares

The place looked hygienic and the staff was nice

Location: good food: not available hygiene: worst hygiene. When we checked in, group of people was having alcohol party in reception area, making lots of noise and no one was following covid norms. Safety standards: zero safety standards followed. They lent the reception area to owner's family friends who partied with gates open, making lots of noise and disturbed us throughout the night. Also as i was staying with family, this environment made us feel really uncomfortable and unsafe. I won't recommend such shady hotel to anyone.

Proper covid measures were taken. Room and common areas are as per the description. Very well maintained and staff are really friendly and even helped with laundry when one of my shirts accidentally got stained. Would really recommend this place especially for long vacations.

Liked the hospitality. The staff was good. A good place for a business trip to central Delhi. Suits couple stays with adequate privacy.

Everything was excellent and perfect

We had guest from India and abroad and the hospitality was awesome.

Situated in a very convenient location, this property is good in cleanliness and facilities. I went there for an official stay and stayed just for a night but I found it was a value for money stay. I just faced a problem in the bed mattress because it was too hard.
