I recently stayed at ave a accommodation for two nights and was impressed with its cleanliness and convenience. Located right on anna nagar main road, it offers easy access to various shops and restaurants. While the Avea Accommodation | Rooms in a Homestay itself doesn't have a restaurant, a wide variety of food options are available within walking distance. Notably, i was surprised and pleased to find a tea shop open as early as 5 am, perfect for early risers. The staff at ave a were courteous and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The on-site parking, with space for upto four cars, was a convenient bonus. Overall, i would definitely recommend ave a to budget-conscious travelers.

I have stayed more than a week. Property is situated in a prime location, where everything is available nearby. Food is not available in the premises but we can have it in nearby Avea Accommodation | Rooms in a Homestays which is in walkable distance. Drinking water is available, kettle (if you need, hot water, wifi, tv, ac, small wardrobe under bed, towel. Staffs were too good, they don’t hesitate to answer, they help with whatever we need, cleaning is done regularly. It could be better if they change their remotes for ac

I had found this homestay by mmt. Place is good. But i found certain things to be concentrated by the property owner. The ac water is dropping in room no 201 in the bed itself. The wash basin waste water is leaking in the bathroom itself. When the tap is opened the shower knob is loose so it starts flowing. All these are small things which we adjusted and the same small things if he concentrates means this place is a very good and decent stay.

Hotel location was good, the ac was working like a air cooler, hot beverages from vending machines wasn't good, room floor weren't cleaned, lot of dust in it. For safety and location we can opt for this Avea Accommodation | Rooms in a Homestay. Also price looked little high for me (may vary for others).

The Avea Accommodation | Rooms in a Homestay is located in a decent and good location and not really far away from main attractions of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy. Single bed rooms are small but yet comfortable for the business trips. Overall a good place to stay for a good price.

Booked my stay for 2 nights, at first i was skeptical of how the room and bathroom turn out at such low room price. But turns out to be one of the most clean room and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Had best 2 night stay. The front desk people were kind as well.

It's a tiny beautiful place. I booked two single rooms, and both rooms were neat and had sufficient space for a few nights of stay. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Most of all, the staff including the receptionist and security guards were very polite and pleasant to talk to.

Stayed here only for a night, as couple during our visit to town for seeing the meenakshi temple. Location is easy to find, right in the main road. If driving keep in mind there are only about 2/3 parking slots. Friendly staff. Food at nearby restaurant sapthagiri is very good

A nice, clean and quiet place, while being close to the city center is quite affordable and closed parking for motorcycles. A perfect place for solo motorcycle riders.

No food provided. Only one day we stayed. If elder people come, it will be good if we get rooms in ground floor
