Firstly we booked the hotel for a night stay, so they took a chance and mmt made me pay high for one day 2ndly room is smelly dam worst, nothing to talk about neatness, food okay okay. Finally not worth for the money we paid. Caution- please check the rules clearly if not management makes you pay extra

The premises was good with ample parking space. We have opted for dinner and breakfast both and the quality of food and variety was good. The staff was helpful and service was good. Room and washroom was clean. There are no extra entertainment activities as such except swimming pool so good for one night stay. It doesn't provide 4-5 star experience but overall it was satisfactory stay.

Concern faced at the hotel was that since we were traveling with 2 kids which was earlier mentioned on the booking but the hotel could not provide adequete pillows for them on time + plus when we ordered soups - The accompaniments with soup were given after the soup was over so service was delayed plus + while billing they billed us for items not consumed to which later they corrected after informing but overall it was an average stay not a very pleasant one

Good place to relax and unwind for a getaway

It was a good experience. The pool is definitely the highlight; very clean and big. There is no games room, all games are out of order and only carom was available but it was completely covered in dust. The gym is just a chair and a few dumbbells. However, if you look beyond that, the food, hotel rooms and comfort is definitely there. Must try!

I found this resort and it was fit under my budget. Food was delicious and they maintain hygiene properly and it near by all sight seen. I would recommend if you have less budget with no compromise with hygiene and other facilities. Also I would like to mention that on our request they had arranged a table for us near gajeebo to make our evening splendid as it was our marriage anniversary.

The stay was good. The food, amenities and services were great. Only wished that lunch and breakfast were included in the package. The slides in children playing area were not working i. E. My child could not slide on it. No other issues, hotel services were great and food was great as well

familyLocation is decent, not too far from the main bazaar street. Quiet locality and peaceful. Food at the restaurant is also pretty decent. Service at times took longer than expected, but the staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and hygienic, but there was some constant odour in the room which had to be doused using the room freshener repeatedly. Pool is also decent and the garden amenities are a bit unclean due to limited outdoor usage by kids. Overall property though is good for a quiet and peaceful weekend with family.

It is located mid in the city so you can go to mapro in 5 mins,Orignal maganlal chiki near station in 10 min.you can feel the silence and relaxation in your room,food is also good and staff is also very fast and friendly.All the basic things like soap,dental kit,tea bags,sugar,bottle of water is provided.And don't forget the kokam welcome drink.Its was amazing.Highly recommend for family and friends.

Not the best resort to stay

familyI am seriously very dissatisfied with the services. The value for money paid was not at all worthy Few bad experineces: 1. Hygiene condition of entire hotel was very bad. 2. Table tennis facility was not available despite it was mentioned at the time of booking. Even after requests made, they mentioned it will not be possible. 3. No one was there to carry the luggage to cab while check-out which was quiet strange. 4. Swimming pool was not ready to swim in the morning even it was without towels. Eventually, have to leave all the exciting perks with which this specific property was chosen. 5.Inappropriate services by the hotel. I would urge not to make this property a preference to all the visitors. This was not a good hotel in terms of value of money.
