Aveda Imperial Grande Resort

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood Aveda Imperial Grande Resort rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

Location is decent, not too far from the main bazaar street. Quiet locality and peaceful. Food at the restaurant is also pretty decent. Service at times took longer than expected, but the staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and hygienic, but there was some constant odour in the room which had to be doused using the room freshener repeatedly. Pool is also decent and the garden amenities are a bit unclean due to limited outdoor usage by kids. Overall property though is good for a quiet and peaceful weekend with family.

The staff is really helpful and owner too. Very good place for relaxing for 2 or more days the Aveda Imperial Grande Resort has nice hospitality and good services and we were happy to come to this Aveda Imperial Grande Resort which have excellent food and rooms and with washroom and bathroom very clean and sanitize everyday. Thank you for your restaurant also that the food and good services your Aveda Imperial Grande Resort has.

The stay was good. The food, amenities and services were great. Only wished that lunch and breakfast were included in the package. The slides in children playing area were not working i. E. My child could not slide on it. No other issues, Aveda Imperial Grande Resort services were great and food was great as well

Neat & clean rooms and overall ambiance. Hygienic washroom. Good food and clean & hygienic restaurant. Clean swimming pool. Look & feel of the resort is also good.
