Aveda Munnar Mountains and Mist

If you're looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the hills, Aveda is for you. We loved it because - • Best in-class hospitality. • Perfect for workation / staycation because of high-speed and reliable WiFi connectivity. • Super courteous and caring staffs. My mom got seriously ill and they quickly arranged everything - from arranging a vehicle to connecting to a nearby clinic! A super thumbs-up 👍 to the Aveda management team! Pros : • Cottages are super luxurious with a great forest and mountain view. • Super efficient buggy service to access the restaurant on the hill-top. • Access to swimming pool, carrom, foosball, swing, bonfire for entertainment. • Excellent complementary breakfast with pan India and continental varieties. Rooms for improvement : • Not a wide variety available for lunch or dinner. • 20% room service charge (though somewhat justified because of difficult terrain & accessibility). • food & beverages are on slightly pricier side. Overall, we would love to come back again. A strong recommendation indeed!

The property is located slightly away from munnar town main road, but can be reached easily with the help of google maps. It is surrounded by hills and forest. Consists of spacious villas. Well maintained and beautiful. The restaurant gives some nice views. Some construction is still going on. We had booked a pool villa but could not use the pool as it is not temperature controlled. Probably that is the only negative thing about it. Overall a good place to relax. Special mention for the caring staff- we fell ill the next day we reached probably due to food poisoning but the manager arranged medicines and coconut water for us and kept checking on us. Didnt even charge us for any of that.

Aveda Munnar is a very calm and clean place to stay at away from the crowds of Munnar. It is 30 mins away from main Munnar locality but it is not a problem. Food and service is very good and the cottages are really nice with a nice view. They have a great swimming pool as well and it is well maintained. They arrange for bonfire at the restaurant area as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Aveda. one suggestion - It would be great if they can have a games room which has table tennis, pool table, foosball etc. They only have carrom available as of now. If they have other indoor games then it will be great flr guests who want to stay longer at the property and enjoy the stay.

"Absolutely loved my stay at Aveda Mountains and Mist! The highlight was definitely the stunning swimming pool. It was impeccably clean, surrounded by lush greenery with big mountains and covered with plesent mist , and had plenty of loungers ( beds and sofa ) for relaxation. Whether it was chill it's very nice of taking a refreshing dip, the pool area was the perfect entertainment . The attentive staff ensured everything ran smoothly, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Can't wait to return!" 💐 i love Aveda ❤️

The property is excellent and very scenic. Swimming pool and rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and made our stay memorable. Would like to mention jessy helping us out with the route to follow and ensuring we are reaching safe and maharaja who was at kitchen and made sure our little boy (3 years) got what he enjoys the most to eat.

The location of the resort was awesome. Well maintained rooms, swimming pool. The rooms were clean and surroundings also maintained very well. Food was good though little bit costly. The staff were well behaved. Overall the experience was excellent.

This resort has absolutely amazing surroundings, the plants around were beautiful, so lush and vibrant. Rooms were comfy and luxurious, views from rooms and especially infinity pool were stunning. Staffs were polite and friendly. Highly recommended

Good property. Great staff. Enjoyed our stay. Best for couples. Breakfast menu could have more options. Lunch and dinner menu is somewhat expensive than other nearby options. If this comes under your budget then go for it.

Wonderful experience @ aveda munnar and very peaceful property. Staff was very good and helpful. The food was good n delicious, the property is situated in a good location and a very peaceful environment.

I find via makemytrip and view all the gallery which they post was absolutely correct also the budget little high for this place because of this too away from munnar nearly 20+ kms and took time for 40 minutes to travel

The property was very good, clean and tidy. Location was awesome. Need to be care full with narrow roads to reach. Over all good experience.
