Aveda Retreat Heritage

They provided me early check-in and it was smooth. Room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. It's close to railway station, bus station and main market and gives good option for food and shopping. You can find site seeing cab and rickshaw just 50 meter from the Aveda Retreat Heritage. Swimming needs to be cleaned and I avoided swim, as I thought thar water will give me infection.

Hotel is centrally located behind bus stop but its very peaceful rooms are clean and well maintain. Check-in checkout were very smooth. Market is very much accessible. Room service is good. Staff is supportive. Hotel has swimming pool but need to maintain more clean water. Currently some maintenance is going on of exterior of Aveda Retreat Heritage but it is not disturbing to customers.

It was really nice experience to stay at this Aveda Retreat Heritage. Located near to market but 2 minutes away from main marked road so very silent area. Really enjoyed stay, food and room was also neat and clean. Staff is very co-operative. I will definietly recommend this Aveda Retreat Heritage to my family and friends.

The Aveda Retreat Heritage's location was great. Cleanliness get thumbs up also washrooms were clean. The staff here was polite. Pool was clean, overall the amenities and cleanliness really makes our stay wonderful. We did like to stay here again. Great for the price.
Great location and clean room.

Stay was good its very close to main market and highway. So many cafe & restaurant options near by. We had great time in pool just pool should be more clean as per me. Over all it was good toilets were clean but don’t know why it was stinking all the time when we just entered room.

I recently stay here 23 November'19, over good experience, staff is polite and support and always assist you. Food is average, room feels some smelly and most disappointing thing is they charged me for my 8 years old daughter while already booking done for two adults.

Booked a suite room. Was pleased with the room as they had an option where four could stay inside a single room. However, they should install a television and an air conditioner in the second room of the suite as well. Overall, good but they can make it even better.

The rooms are good and clean with good beds, proximity of the Aveda Retreat Heritage is good and location is within the market area. Food is not that great and room service is pretty slow. The price is good and overall was a good and reasonable experience.

Nice rooms, location very good, food was average, some renovation was going on in the Aveda Retreat Heritage premises but did not hamper us. Best is their service, excellent for service. Would recommend definitely!

It was a nice stay with family. The Aveda Retreat Heritage is closer to the market so everything at a walkable distance. Staff behavior is very nice and they are cooperative. Overall a nice stay.

Hotel is at prime location bus stop and railway station is very near. Sunil vax museum is at walking distance. So lation is overall good. Food basically chapati is very small compared to other Aveda Retreat Heritage and charge are high.
