Aveda Suites at Aamby Valley

We stayed at aveda suites and the stay was good. Given the amount charged the service provided was normal. Many items like hand towel, bath robes were not present already in the room. The jacuzzi was not clean and i had to fill it switch it on, let it drain and then fill again to make it usable. The food was excellent in a cafe and juvana. However the included breakfast buffet was quite average. I would suggest to book a decent room rather than going for a high proceed room and enjoy the city. If you are planning for mutiple days you may want to have jacuzzi so select room accordingly.

We stayed at the aveda suite which is extremely well-maintained. The rooms were clean, well-kept and offered a view of the greenery around. The jacuzzi definitely makes it more worth it since it has room for a couple and also can be used with hot water. The staff at the aveda suites were really well-mannered, polite and helpful. The service at the front gate and the main reception (not aveda suite reception) need to be improved. Apart from this, the property is huge and you can spend all your time inside the premise, exploring different places and just enjoying nature.

The room was comfortable with a good view of the valley. Very peaceful and secluded property. staff is helpful. The a/c barely cooled the rooms and we had to struggle with uneven cooling and heat during our stay. Reaching the place from aamby valley entrance was painful as there are no signages or directions to reach the place within aamby valley. Also they were unable to provide us a basic paracetamol tablet in the night when we had an emergency. We were asked to go to the main gate reception which is more than 4 kms away, that too in the middle of the night.

Aveda suites have very spacious accommodation. The location is amazing. Couple of things for improvement: 1. The rain water drips from the bedroom. Needs maintenance. Same with the jacuzzi( water keeps falling from the ceiling into it ) 2. They say cars not allowed inside the cottage areas, but many vehicles keep getting in. They need to enforce it they mean it. 3. Room service is very slow and sporadic. Got fresh towels after three rounds of reminding.

this place is amazing! i wanted to go somewhere where i can relax and enjoy at the same time. here we have a lot of options for food and the quality is on next level. water activities are also included but make sure you start by 2pm. and the best part jacuzzi, on my god. staff members are really affable and helpful. i'm definitely coming back. kudos to the whole team❤️❤️. no i'm done. very good

I had booked a suite with aveda and they very good hospitality and management. Walked through with all the activities and events which we can attend inside aamby valley also shared details of every activity and restaurants available for us with map links and details. The receptionists and house keeping and boogie staffs were very helpful.

Amazing stay, very good staff, maintainance of the property wise a little on the weaker side, and the breakfast was very average. The location of the property should be pinned on google maps, its easier to find it that way, as the main aamby valley golf cars dont go till aveda

I had a booked a suite for a night and i was actually convinced to extend the booking further to one more night! the staff members were also very kind and helpful especially naresh and zaheed. A must go to place for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Very large suite with large verandah. Jacuzzi in verandah was real fun for my daughter. Very nice place for peaceful stay away from city hustles. So many activity options is cherry on top of nice resort.

Architecture and everything was very on point and loved it there, the hygiene and everything was also fully maintained so it was good
