We went to Chennai for US visa appointment and we stayed at this Avenue 11 Boutique Residences | Rooms & Caretaker for 3 days. We had booked standard room but when we reached there the room was not as shown in the picture. When we checked with the staff, they shifted us to another room but they told that MakeMyTrip has an issue and they are not updating the correct pictures of the rooms despite told several times. So if you're planning to book, then please check with the Avenue 11 Boutique Residences | Rooms & Caretaker about the correct pictures by calling them. Apart from that, we didn't have any problem at this place. It is just few kilometers from the US consulate and it was very easy to get Uber/Ola there. It is located in a very posh area and has homes of superstar Rajinikanth and Jayalalitha nearby. Their service and staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good. Overall we had a really good stay here and we would recommend everyone to book the place without any doubts.

I would not think twice to stay at Avenue 11 in future. There are so many things to rave about this place. Some are, Locality : Poes Garden, 10 minutes to Marina, Nungambakkam, US Consulate, T-Nagar, almost close to everything. Neighborhood: Located near the residence of late TN Chief Minister Jayalalitha and Superstar Rajinikanth. So, very secured. Complimentary Breakfast : typical home cooked assortments (vadai, idli, dosa, pongal, puri, etc) Rooms : Very clean and well maintained. There is always someone to lean on to for any help, be it an early morning coffee or a quick request. Value : the value that you get for what you pay is immaculate. Very reasonably priced and elite services. Avenue 11 is awesome P. S : I have stayed in the area at higher end locations during my prior trips and did not feel I missed anything staying here for half the price during my current trip. Also if you are planning a stay with kids, Book the suit with the garden.

Assuming that all things that one usually thinks required for a few days stay in a family accommodation are met, Avenue 11 has an edge to its advantage compared to it's competitors in terms of discretion - a quality that is enjoyed by the rich and famous at Poes Garden. This surprise package is a tucked in residence devoid of the usual guests and vehicle traffic and pollution, rounded off with decent facilities and food, while not over the top, would be adequate for the most. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of Tamil spoken by Nepali staff who were in TN for just a few months. Definitely you should short-list this as a favourite when you plan to visit Chennai - not necessarily for just a visa visit, the place is quite accessible for other indulgences too.

The room was a bit small but you can get bigger rooms if you shell out more money. They can work upon the exterior of the Avenue 11 Boutique Residences | Rooms & Caretaker and food was also just OK. Staff was courteous and helpful.

It is basically a bungalow that is converted to a Avenue 11 Boutique Residences | Rooms & Caretaker/home stay in a location which is highly secure since its close to house and Superstar Rajnikanth's house. Nice place to stay, its clean with good food. Food prices are reasonable and worthy. Rooms are clean and prompt room service. Beautiful place to stay. The owner is always at the facility, so he ensures that everything goes right. Centrally located in the city connected by various transport ways.

Located in the most posh area of Chennai, Avenue 11 rubs shoulders with some very high profile celebrities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with hot water 24 hours a day. They have a good breakfast buffet - I may have put on weight!!! The staff reminds one of faithful family retainers rather than impersonal Avenue 11 Boutique Residences | Rooms & Caretaker employees and are a real asset for this establishment. The owner is friendly, approachable and very helpful.

Me and my family had been to Chennai before and stayed at Hyatt. We came here for Tirupati darshan. But one time we couldn't get a booking there because of the festive rush. So the primary reason for choosing this place was the safety of my family. But to our surprise it had a good Homely ambiance than expected. And a good dining experience was an icing on the cake. We don't wish to stay anywhere else and more so look forward to our stay.

Nice atmosphere and peaceful. Service was quick. I asked for an early check in and they offered a room immediately to have our luggage's and freshen up. Would definitely recommend!

Nicel place to stay, staff were cooperative and service was good also good ambience around, further complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient enough and well managed by the owners who personally manage ..

We had 3 rooms but not worth of charge. We stayed for 2 nights.
No view and natural light. Ambience was bad in room. Considering price it was not worth.

The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I visited this place few times now and I feel it's a home away from the home. The Owner Mr. Choku is very friendly and he personally sees to it that the stay remains comfortable.
