Beautiful place to stay Breakfast is good

Room given was very tiny with no window. Can hear the sound of flush of next room. Bed 🛌 was not clean. Overall 🤮

Honest Reviews for 11 Avenue Boutique Residency👇🏻 We had a truly wonderful experience staying at 11 Avenue Boutique Residency for seven nights. The rooms were not only elegant and comfortable but also offered a royal ambiance that made our stay memorable. The location is absolutely unbeatable — nestled in one of Chennai’s most posh and prestigious neighborhoods, just a stone’s throw from the residences of Tamil superstar Rajinikanth, the late Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, and actor Dhanush. Staying in such an elite area added a special charm to our visit. The surroundings were peaceful, safe, and well-connected to all major spots in the city. The service and hospitality were top-notch, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thanks to Shri. Palaniappan the Owner who made everything quick and easy for us and I would also appreciate the humble staff Jitender and Deepak who took good care of us throughout our stay. We are looking forward to booking with 11 Avenue again on our next trip and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and serene experience in Chennai. Highly recommended!!! Location is good and central. Very basic amenities. Bed linen was not clean, had to ask them to bring fresh ones. Room had damp smell.

Location is little interior, various taxi rides were cancel-led due to location. Services were average.

It was very pleasant experience. The hotel is in the centre of the city and very close to rajnikanth house. Everything was good place, room and food. Felt little expensive for food as they charged 70 rs for one cup of curd.

Location is excellent. Rooms are average. Service is poor. Breakfast and food is average at best. Management attitude. I had booked two suite rooms. I got only. My colleague was quietly given a lower category room. We didn’t know that we had been short-changed until he came to my room and saw it was bigger. Management accepted it was their fault but said there was nothing they could do to give us what we had booked.

The staff was very good food was good located in a very convenient area near to t nagar and among-st celebrities

The room was not as per the description and stinking, even after updating i’ll be late the evening staff didn’t updated the morning staff for the breakfast. I had to end by toasts only. Cost saving was the more irrespective of customer service.

I was very satisfied with the services by the staff, they are very helpful to their customers. The rooms are kept very clean, the hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere. Coming to the breakfast, it was very good and was served hot.
