Avenue 11 Premium Stays

The room size was reasonable. Good location. Breakfast was excellent. However the eating place was cramped and we had to wait for a seat to become vacant. The service was good. In the room, a glass fixture around a light next to the cot was loose and fell down and got broken when the hand accidentally touched the same. Though it was a negligence on the part of the service apartment for having kept the glass fixture loose without fixing which could have caused grievous injury, i as a gesture of goodwill offered to pay for the same. The owner instead of being graceful unfairly demanded rs. 1500- whereas the cost of the china made fixture could have been less than rs. 300. I paid the rs. 300- and walked out. Bitter experience.

Really pleasant stay, clean rooms, very attentive service. Rooms are not that spacious though. Complimentary breakfast has a pretty good spread and overall food provided is hygienic and tasty. The owner and all staff are very professional. The location of the property is little far from Meenakshi Amma temple and other tourist attractions.

I stayed just for a night at Avenue 11 premium stays and everything was wonderful. Room was awesome and food was excellent too. We order dinner from their menu and food came hot and it was tasty as well. Breakfast was included in our package and the variety they serve is awesome and the taste too. Thanks for the lovely stay

The stay was excellent with a very calm and quiet surroundings. Rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. The staff was very supportive and helped with booking the rides towards temple. Complimentary breakfast was minimalist and delicious! Loved the overall hospitality of the property and the experience.

Awesome stay and food at this price. Worth every penny, breakfast spread was awesome and so the taste. You can book the property without any doubt, host is also very courteous. The only thing was they can provide the bottle in the room for atleast 1 litre, currently they provide bottles of 500ml

Rooms are spacious and room amenities are good. The restaurant’s food is good. A bit costly however and there is need for accommodative approach towards visitors.

Rooms were neat and clean, good staff, close to meenakshi amman temple though i had my own cab. Breakfast was super good and the owner was himself paying attention that all the guest get well attended. Overall very satisfied and have already recommended my friends and relatives.

Property is very clean and hospitality is excellent. Liked every thing they provided. And it is well maintained. Enjoyed the stay with my family
