Avenue 11 Premium Stays

Thanks for asking about the feedback. It was a great stay with family and specially food. Overall was awesome. There are few experiences i had to pay early checkin charges at 8am around half of Avenue 11 Premium Stays rent, i was discussed early checkin without any charges before confirming my booking to Avenue 11 Premium Stays 2/ room key access expire after 12 hours or 24 hours but manageable to call on reception 3/ chapati/roti is costly as usual in south. Apart from that, all staff and manager were very corporative, awesome chef with variety of breakfast and very light homely dinner menu.

I recently stayed at avenue 11 premium stays in madurai and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The location is secure, providing peace of mind throughout my visit. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. The property also offers convenient amenities, such as free wi-fi and a complimentary breakfast, adding great value to the stay. Overall, i highly recommend avenue 11 premium stays for anyone visiting madurai.

The location is is posh area but not near to meenakshi temple. In case you need to leave early morning at 4 or 5am then u will need to arrange an auto or cab beforhand not sure if you will get that early. I had hired cab for whole day so was not worried. We could taste the food so could not comment. For a day or two it is good place to stay with basic amenties provided like a soap, towel water bottle.

We reached madurai at 10am for a check in time of 2pm but the humble owner offered us the early check in without any fees considering i was travel-ling with my kid. Family suite was very spacious. Tv screen was huge and ac was perfect for that big room. Breakfast was really tasty and the courtesy of the staff and management was great. They were personally making sure my stay was comfortable. Kudos!

I loved every moment i stayed here at avenue 11 premium stays. These guys at the Avenue 11 Premium Stays here, know the customer expectation and are willing to do that little extra to bring delight to the guests. Their attention to detail is amazing and these guys are committed to serving the customer. I liked the neatness, excellent service, manners of the staff and the ambience. Wow is the word!

Neatly maintained property, tidy rooms and located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Rooms are pretty compact, besides the beds, there is not much of furniture or space in the room to sit and do anything. The complimentary breakfast is pretty tasty, the owner is very friendly and attends to every guest at the break table. It was a wonderful stay and experience overall.

It's quite tidy and clean for being a new building. Comparing the same facilities in different states, however, generally results in greater costs. However, lodging costs in tamil nada are generally high. Returning to this location, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The only drawback is that outside food is not permitted.

The property in a quiet suburb & not a prime city buzzing location. So a 3-4 kms nearest to the most popular Avenue 11 Premium Stayss or locations. Property is new and well maintained. No complaints on the breakfast & room service. Felt the property is slightly expensive given the features available. May be because it was peak time.

Property is neat. Cozy. In a residential area and that's why no sound pollution. But no shops nearby which is a handicap for those who forgot certain things. Restaurant items are slightly high priced. Good spread of buffet breakfast.

The stay was good and rooms are pretty cosy but their food quality need attention. The portion is less as per the rates they are charging.

Big room with all in one like beds, mini fridge, microwave, dining area, sink and so on. Delicious breakfast.

It was neat and clean. Spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Easily accessible. In a calm location. We took 3 rooms. But request ahead for king size bed or twin beds

Stayed two nights. Property located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to facilities. Good size rooms professionally done. Good breakfast options. Very courteous and responsive staff. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place. A must try when in madurai. Safe for family. Stayed with friends and family. One suggestion to property - breakfast time to be extended at least till 11 am
