Avenue 18 Resort

The location of the resort is very good. The river flows right next to the property. New resort so everything is fresh. Good spacious room with an extra sofa bed. If you are travel-ling with kids this is really good option. Far away from madness of rishikesh and other camping sites. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Food options in restaurant called pakwaan is decent. The staff go above and beyond to serve you good. Has peaking for limited vehicle. Near jumping heights which will attract the adventure enthusiast. Since it's mostly booked for destination marriage it can be relatively full. Lot of big office group come too. However the management makes sure guest are having no problem

This property is serene and is well maintained having a small swimming pool, a beautiful lush green garden which is a few steps away to the crystal clear flowing water river in the lap of beautiful valley. The playing hall has a pool n tt table, carrom board n chess etc. A big thanks to restaurant mgr s aqib khan & vikas who were always looking for hygiene n cleanliness & taking care of each n every guest. Kudos to chef naresh ji n his team for preparing very nice veg n non veg delicious dishes. Front desk mgr s and staff was cheerful and responded very well which made our stay a comfortable n memorable one. Dancing on dj at the lawn in the evening was like a cherry on the cake.

Overall the Avenue 18 Resort is very good the view from balcony of superior room was just superb but some things was not up to the point ..The bathrooms are too small and door locks were not working and the worst part was that lawn area and the way to go to ganga was also closed as they said that this area was not a part of their property and due to some lease issues this area has been closed.. and they are working on it. So guys this property is a must visit but before going just confirm that the lawn area / way to ganga is open or not…which is the main best part of this resort…

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were super clean and spacious, specially liked the small pantry area given in the room. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only thing that needs improvement is food service, it was very slow and the taste of few items were not upto the mark. The hospitality was amazing, the staff was very kind and always greeted us with a smile. Overall it was a great stay and i would recommend this property to all who is looking for a relaxing stay with family. Thanks you avenue 18 for a memorable stay.

The property location is bit far from the city but it makes it all the more silent from the city rush and the location is really nice specially the backside with the small river flowing and the lawn. The food is good 👍 and service can be a bit better. The evening DJ session was also good. The game area needs renovation. Swimming pool was not properly cleaned.

Such a wonderful property amid-st the forest. The pool the mountain and forest view. Evening walk everything is just breathtaking. The staff is so helpful and polite. Very courteous. Kitchen staff is very supportive in case you need out of the buffet menu. A must visit place. Loved my stay there. Definitely going to come back very soon

We loved the property! it's amid-st hills and there is a stream of water running just outside the property! the most scenic location! it's pretty near to phoolchatti where you can feel the lovely ganga ji staff is really hospitable! all in all amazing! will come again!

The resort is very clean, hygienic, and courteous. It has an evening dj, swimming pool and best part is a small natural stream flowing beside the resort where you can spend a great amount of time with kids and family.

The location was amazing and the rooms were well maintained. I will surely recommend it to my friends.

Coffee was not properly hot need some more hygiene standards

Pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean and so so nice. Bed was nice. One thing the pillows were huge nit comfortable. Clean bathrooms with everything. It is almost a five star rating

Location is out of rishikesh, resort location is good food is good staff is polite room is spacious but housekeeping needs improvement

The stay was very comfortable with nice rooms and great food. Also the staff was very friendly. But the biggest advantage was the proximity to the stream.

Minor negligence was there by Housekeeping e.g, Bathroom WASH basin Taps were loose n leaking or Room No.309. Balcony Door Mesh was broken.

Breakfast provided by the Avenue 18 Resort was awesome. It was too tasty that we had it like lunch.
