Location and property's food are excellent but we stay in suit family room at 4th floor. It is very difficult to going up without lift facilities. Otherwise behavior of the staff is realy good.

Well behaved staff, good cleanliness. Furniture and layout could be better.

hotel was good with mountain view room. But there are lack of some basic amineties like no TV and bathroom door is not working.

Experience was Good. Food items were highly expensive. Staffs were well behaved and helpful. Check in experience was average but checkout experience was very smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Darjeeling. The staff were exceptionally well-mannered, helpful, and hospitable, making our experience very comfortable. The hotel’s location, right opposite Kungar, provided easy access to the Mall and other attractions in Darjeeling. The reception team and all the staff offered excellent service with food and other assistance. The dining area was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the rooms offered beautiful views.Overall, it was a delightful and memorable stay.

Easy to locate. The room was clean, Staffs were cordial, and the overall service was hassle-free and good.

Property's location is good and food is also good.

Location of this property is very good, but the property is old. First day of stay was not that good as the property was sold out and we had to adjust with the room , that was available at that time, but second day they upgraded my stay. The staff listens to you and try to help as much as they can. The breakfast was good on both the days of my stay. Thanks Paul for upgrading my room on the second day.👍

Avianna seven seas is located at the heart of Darjeeling. Mall road is very close to the hotel. Room was clean with picture perfect view and service was top notch. Food was very good and amenities provided by the hotel was flawless. Looking forward for my next stay.

The location of the property is just at the starting point of Nehru road (Mall road). if you choose a hill view room then you can have a nice view of Himalayas. The breakfast was full of varieties of food and drinks. Room was very specious and clean.
