my booking was for 3 nights,I stayed only for 6 hrs after check-in . room quality was very, very bad,smell in the room.

Good people, nice hotel. Behavior of staff is also good. Nearby airport, metro station, and highway.

The location is the best in Mumbai for commute. Local commute makes it easy in Mumbai. Old British heritage.

room needs renovation. window AC is making enormous noise. TV is in invisible location to watch. contents of TV set top box is useless. not having most of the regional popular channels. toilet door is not closing from outside. so it was open all along. smelly room. hospitality is good.

Room was stale, poor breakfast, each item lived its useful life. Shame on the Promotors who is runing such Hotel

The reception is not kind. They don’t even let the room service people to get the delivery from down. When asked they say it’s f we bring they will fine us

the rooms were very average, nobody to help you to get your luggage to the room. you need to carry it yourself. inhouse restaurant food cost is very high, you get much tastier and good food via Swiggy/zomato. bathroom commode cover was broken.. overall not worth the amount paid. only advantage is it's walkable distance from T1 Airport terminal

it's a beautiful, homely place where you get the warm reception from the front desk along with smiles, Bell boy . care from the housekeeping staff and good from the restaurant. Avion is my closest home to Airport. Love to stay again n again.

Property is very old and bathrooms also, dampness walls, TV settings is so far from bad overall not a value for money.

Staff is rude rooms are dirty they do not like if we book from your app they want direct bookings And they do not like anything. They are rude to our kids. They do not understand what is the family and they do not know cooperating anything else.

The property was not worth the price charged
