Avisa Nila Beach Resort

What a surprising package it was for my family. We had a blast there. The room was clean, spacious and the usp of the room was the sea view and the bathroom. The bathroom was big and beautiful. Who doesn’t love to have a sea view balcony. About food: we tried punjabi kadhi on the first day and it was delicious with rice. Dinner was ok. Next day breakfast was awesome. You can’t get such yummy breakfast in anywhere in tarkali. Again lunch with mutter paneer and alu gobi was awesome. On the day of return, restaurant staff prepared special jain breakfast for us & as usual it was delicious. Whoever books a room here, please book the sea view rooms only. The only downside of the Avisa Nila Beach Resort is the restaurant chairs and tables. After every service, staff must clean the mats and tables and which they don’t. But, you can order food to your room or to the swimming pool or you can have it near the sea facing open area. The owner is a very gentleman.

We had booked 3 rooms, one thru mm t and the other 2 directly from the Avisa Nila Beach Resort before. The glass Avisa Nila Beach Resort booked thru mm t was nice. We got 408 which is last in the row closest to the beach with a 24hr sea view lying on the bed. The glass cottage however are very small but you can step out and stroll. The pool is good narrow but long. Cleanliness is average. The deluxe premium sea view rooms are very nice with a nice sit, sofa, refrigerator, closet with a curtain and plenty of space. The bathrooms in these rooms also have huge tub but the fittings are aged and the entire Avisa Nila Beach Resort as such needs a quick touch and it will fantastic that said there are not many good options around even with the state this place is in food is average, mtdc Avisa Nila Beach Resort just 5 mins serve very good food. Overall service is good and staff too was quick to respond to the calls. Good place to stay, can be made the best

The location is fantastic. And the view of the sea is just brilliant. The buildings are well spread out, making the property airy all throughout. The photos are correct. Room service is great and the whole property is very clean. The staff is courteous. The glass cottages are well thought out and nicely done up. While we understand access to the beach in a certain way, this property is as much on the beach as it can be. The parking space is big enough for around 8 vehicles. The devbag beach (the meeting point) is around 3. 5 kms away and a lovely drive through the village. On the down side, the pool is way smaller than usual. And there's too much light (flood lights) aimed at your face if you are sitting on the benches looking at the sea, so much so that you end up seeing no sea. The food is heavily priced and there's not much of an option you have beyond the gates. Overall, this is a property worth multiple visits when in tarkarli.

Excellent place to stay in kokan. Direct beach view and also beach is clean. One can enjoy the sunset while swimming which feels so good. The hospitality and staff was good. Rooms were clean and appliance were in place and working state no issues faced. Meal was also okay. Cons: a lady took her pet dog into the swimming pool this might be a problem to other people. They need to have some set of rules for such things and ensure people follow. We personally did not have any issue but some people might have it.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Beautiful, scenic, well maintained property. Veg Food was also very delicious. ESP their Malvani masala rice. Ask for curd with it. :) Thomas & Dominik catered to all our whims and made our stay very comfortable. The pool is also well maintained with cleaning happening everyday. The beach isn’t crowded at all which makes it quite clean. Variety of shells wash up the shore making quite a collection. Had a fun time. Definitely recommended and will visit Agra for sure.

Location was awesome just next to beach. Rooms, service all were great. Breakfast was excellent with fruits, juice, chocos, and south indian all made nicely. Services were timely and adequate. Swimming pool was clean. Adequate space for children. Only thing that i missed was children swings and slides which was there in pictures posted but actually dismantled when i stayed and thats why i gave one point less rating. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended due to service and location.

We stayed here with family for two days and enjoyed lots. My daughter had really enjoyed it as she likes a swimming pool. Awesome location of the property. The food quality was also good. The swimming pool was very clean and comfortable for children. The beach is adjacent to the Avisa Nila Beach Resort due to which we can feel that the private beach is available for this Avisa Nila Beach Resort. The overall experience of the stay was excellent.

A quick getaway from home!! Loved the place, absolutely brilliant!! A warm welcome by the staff ensuring that we were well taken care of. Special shoutout to front desk who ensured our stay was comfortable..they helped us in all requests made .. beautiful infinity swimming pool 🤩.aswome please sea front .very big room with very big bathroom .loved this place Keep up the great service, look forward to visiting soon

The resort is placed close to tarkarli beach, which itself has a mesmerising experience. The food is okay, also glass cottage experience is also mediocre, not so exciting. Parking is inside premises. Overall good place to stay

It was a very pleasant stay. Loved the food, the ambience and the swimming pool was awesome. But there is always scope for improvement. Keep ot up!!!

The location is so good that the beach in front looks like a private beach to you. The property is well maintained. A lot of cleaning staff is there. Only issue we saw was untidy cutlery all the times. They can work on providing clean cutlery.

Nice resort. Excellent location, helpful staff. Wonderful sea view rooms. Breakfast quality could be improved. Paratha, poha & sheera they served was tasteless. Place is not for vegetarian ppl. But overall had a nice stay at a serene place.

Amazing stay, stayed at glass cottage, it is best for couple. The view is beautiful. Everything is clean and hygienic. It has clean beach in front of Avisa Nila Beach Resort, where u can visit and enjoy anytime. There are hardly any restrictions of timing or anything. Enjoyed lot.

All was good thank you all of those memories. Food quality was very good. Service is key factor. Extremely nice location.

Location was awesome, food was excellent (except only the breakfast options: they should've included some continental options, room was clean. Swimming pool was also good. Overall it was a beautiful vacation.

We had a great experience at this property as you can seek all the amenities along with great food. Instead of booking other luxurious stays I'll recommend to go with this property.

Good location, good food, safe place. There is a good scope for improvement regarding cleanliness of the room and surrounding.
