fantastic well maintained spacious clean, well furnished , brand new painted room clean toilet. ideal location in posh locality with easy access to public transport, calm and quiet place though the main road is 400 meters away. multiple mini budget food joints , mini mall , grossary shop, and restaurants both veg and non veg with authentic kerala cousine. language hindi no barrier, english too understood almost by every one. ideal place for family and individuals seeking budget accommodation. staff very friendly and supportive. even the surrounding is very tourist friendly.👏👍

Location - received via whatsapp is misleading. Better search on map amenities - a/c, tv, water, etc. Were good. Got an additional bed. Soap, shampoo, towel, etc. Were in good condition. Hot water in bathrooms. Cleanliness - good staff - cooperating and well behaved

Room is neat and clean. They do room cleaning everyday. Person available at reception me. Varghese is very helpful. Even fridge is also provided. Wifi service is very good. Overall a very satisfying stay. Thanks.

The service at this AWA Residency was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Only disadvantage is far from edapally

The stay was pleasant. The staff were so courteous and helpful. Bathroom requires some minor maintenance. Rest its the perfect and best option for stay at kakkanad - the heartland of kochi.

Clean and nice room, the only problem for me was there is when we switch on the light every light will turn on and if you are turning at morning after sleep then eyes cant tolerate it.
