Very bad experience, room is bad, blanket cover is tore and number of things i did not like about the hotel. Hotel reception is very arrogant and bad in behaviour. 1

Ticked was booked but even though the hotel staff misbehaved too much raising so many unwanted questions. I could not avail benifit for my booking. I want my money back. If the hotel staff have any dought then it must be ensured at reception

Washroom not working properly, and even not hygienic, firstly they gave a room who's washroom is not working, after that they change my room, but washroom was not hygienic, really very disappointed

Hotel is below than a 2 star hotel. Toilets are very dirty, Though they have split AC where they might have not done the basic maintenance , continue water leakage and no cooling.Lot of insect in the room . No place to keep your suitcase. A horrific experience

the room is not atoll cleaned properly, there is water logging at the bathroom for sometime after which it goes. There are live and dead insects all over the balcony and bathroom. There is no variety and buffet system for the breakfast. They just ask what will you have and give limited options themselves. I think it’s a little bit waste of money for this particular hotel property. They should maintain it well. Many lapses. Good location but very badly maintained hotel. Images added

Hotel bathrooms are pathetic, staff are so so, hotel pictures are 4 years old status. Towel, bed sheets are just clean not white

The nice room and inside looks cool, fully hygienic maintenance, location is really good, the restaurant part of the food was very nice and there was enough food for 1person. Over all its really nice and will be recommended to my office team.

Food is good but breakfast is just basic. It is value for money. Rooms are clean. Toilet also ok. Most of the rooms have balconies. So be aware of mosquito. Staff are good but location is quite good. For businesses stay is good

It was a good stay .. I liked the atmosphere especially the balcony and the serene scenic beauty of Bhopal .. I also liked the quiteness of the place at nights . Breakfast is good as well .. so enjoyed overall .. awesome experience …

I had booked executive room for one night stay. I reached at the property around 6. 30pm, the very first room they had shown, was having cockroaches under the bad, and the room was absolutely different from the pictures were shown on website. I requested to show better rooms, not better than this but i had to finally checked in another similar room. I had taken room with breakfast package. Since i had my exam the very next morning, this was the only property closed by, i had told the management to serve breakfast till 7. 15 am, they said it not possible. I still tried to check before checking out the next morning if something can be available but they all were sleeping in the restro at 7am. What to say on this? i woke them up and requested and insisted for at least cut fruits and bread butter bcoz i did not have any chance to eat something till 12. 30pm until exam overs and i could reach in city area which was far off. Somehow they gave some fruits and a bread.
