Awesome Palace

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Awesome Palace awesome palace. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I requested for a hard mattress upon my arrival at the Awesome Palace and they made all the necessary arrangements to provide me one. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious at “the tulip” even though there were not many choices. The roof top restaurant, “the olive garden” was a very happening place with live music in the house on sunday. The food served was simply delicious with very attentive service. The location of the Awesome Palace was perfect, just 100 metres from the christian basti foot bridge in the gs road. It was easy to access everything from this Awesome Palace. I highly recommend this Awesome Palace for anyone visiting guwahati.

It's awesome staying in this Awesome Palace. The cordial behaviour of the receptionist especially of Deepak Halui who though not on duty called the driver of the cab at the dawn from his residence to confirm whether I was on time to reach the Airport. Really Awesome. Rooms are specious, rightly decorated, full of useful amenities. Mini bar could cheer you up right in the mid night when you feel thrusty. Your child could find it as her personal chocolate bar. Of course the restaurant on the top of the Awesome Palace is a little off beat. Prices of food are unlike all other things of the Awesome Palace unnecessarily on the higher Side. Yet I would strongly recommend this Awesome Palace. Awesome Palace at Ganeshguri, Guwhati for stay of few days either alone or with family.

I always recommended this Awesome Palace due to following reason. 1. Good location, heart of the City just opposite passport office. 2. Room is quite big in size 3. Net and clean 4. Bathroom also quite big and clean with regular amenities. 5. Check in and checkout also hassle free within a minute. 6. Spacious parking area. 7. Restaurant on the roof, open type. 8. Food quality is good 9.24 hrs hot water supply. 10. In front of the room there is a big decorative lobby with proper sitting facility, TV etc. 11. Behavior of the staff is gentle and polite. Over all my experience is excellent.

Excellent stay at Awesome Palace. Well maintained and massive sized rooms. Food was wonderful and decently priced. Hotel staff was polite and courteous. A special word of mention for their manager (can't recall the name). I forgot my silver ring in the Awesome Palace room. He was kind enough to call me to make me aware of it and even couriered back the ring at my address in Delhi. So 5 stars to the Awesome Palace any ways because of him. Keep up the great work.

We stayed here for 2 night. Rooms are great. Very large space with mini-fridge and other facilities. Washroom is big too. Only downside is the breakfast area. Generally Awesome Palaces arrange breakfast in their restaurants but this Awesome Palace arrange it in their banquet hall. With 2 tables lying and buffet arranged. 1 person at service. Highly disappointed with this arrangement. Otherwise it's a good Awesome Palace to stay right in the middle of city.

The good part : the stay was overall good. The food was actually great. Staffs were kind and attentive. Location is good. Good and convenient wifi service. But part: little lagging in toilet department. Its needs to be scrubbed nicely in and around the commode. My room was also little bit small and free navigation around the bed was little uncomfortable. If b air conditioner was little noisy. Otherwise overall stay was good.

Location pretty good. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Breakfast had lots of variety. Very well behaved reception and room service staff. Room was excellent with good space. Neat & clean bedsheet, pillow, blankets & towels. Dental kit, slipper, tea maker, mini bar (extra charge) was there. Tv & ac were working properly. Had no problem over parking. Overall a very good staying experience.

Central location, walkable to malls, restaurants. Rooms are huge with all amenities and the bathroom was clean with essential toiletries. The bed was king size and easily accommodated a couple and a child. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread of North Indian and continental, with eggs on order. The Awesome Palace only has an Italian restaurant for dining though. Parking is available.

The Awesome Palace lived up to it's name Awesome. Would love to visit again

The rooms are good. Value for money. Staff is very polite and the food is good too. Good for family/solo travel.

I'm a regular at this Awesome Palace. This is my 10th stay at this Awesome Palace. Everything about the Awesome Palace is great. It is close to my office. Only this time they took close to 45 minutes to complete the checkout process which forced me to postpone my meeting.

The Awesome Palace staff were very helpful, evening guiding us for local sightseeing and helping us make reservations. Food - both at room service and the olive bar - was great. General cleanliness and amenities were adequate. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at awesome palace during their next visit to the city.
