The fact that this houseboat is gorgeous with all the intricate cedarwood carvings, perfectly adorned interiors coupled with an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas doesn't even begin to describe why I'm in love with this place. As soon as we reached the dock, we were greeted by an entourage of staff and were seated in the houseboat Front Area with a nice hot cup of Kahwa and assorted cookies. The owner personally greeted us and as we spoke about our trip,we instantly knew we were going to enjoy every bit of our experience in the houseboat. The owner spoke to us for a good hour about his travels and experiences about the world and personally made sure we were taken care of with a scrumptious Kashmiri dinner. The chef also delivered on our dessert request. The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Aziz Palace Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

I had the most amazing stay on dal lake at houseboat aziz palace! it was the rest i needed before i headed out on my trek to the himalayas! the staff were so accommodating and eager to help out with whatever i needed. There were zero issues regarding safety in kashmir (it's not fair that this place has such a bad wrap- i felt safer here than in some other parts of india considered "safe. I hope more people come and explore this wonderful place- come and stay at this houseboat, you will not be disappointed. It can be relaxed or a party, they cater to what you want and you will have an authentic experience. Oh ps. The food on this boat cannot be beaten- the cook knows his stuff (veg and non veg)

Overall houseboat was very good. Well maintained. Staff was polite, cooperative and well behaving. Breakfast and Dinner was very good. Breakfast - Fruits (Watermelon), poha, boiled eggs, Dalia, corn flakes, chocos, aloo poori Or chole bhature, milk and tea separate, etc. Dinner - Veg soup, roti, paneer sabji, chowmein/dal/bhindi sabji, chicken (spicy 🌶), halwa Or kheer, etc. Service was very good, rooms are big enough, washrooms were clean, overall houseboat is clean & maintained. Rooms have TV, large Window, hot water kettle, tea coffee milk pouches, enough switch points, dressing table, almirah, table chair, fan mirrors, slippers,towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay there.. Recommended.

When you first reach dal lake and you get into your designated shikara which is supposed to take you to your houseboat, and then your shikara uploads you into this aziz palace group of houseboat, the most friendly and trained staff, the aesthetically beautiful & elegant decor, the spacious and comfy rooms, the long attached bathrooms which are totally out of this world, the food. The food is literally mouthwatering, every morsel is yumm delicious. I can go on and on.

This houseboat aziz palace was perfect for us. It is in a quiet place and the hospitality of the manager was very good. They have a nice shikara(boat) ride service that will bring guests in and out of the houseboat whenever requested. The food was very good quality and the cook and the caretaker were very caring to us. The transportation arrangement provided by the manager ubaid was very reliable and reasonably priced. We would recommend this houseboat for a nice and peaceful stay in kashmir.

One should stay for atleast one night in houseboat, it is a wonderful experience, aziz palace group of houseboat is best choice, they provide best services, all amenities to guests. Kind and hospitable people, taking good care of guests. I will recommend the people to stay inn.

Good houseboat, under budget, food is average too much oily, but staff bhvyr is good

We booked this houseboat for one night. The rooms were clean and the stay was good but faced some inconvenience because of no heater due to safety concerns. The staff is helpful.

It was an excellent stay. The houseboat is the cleanest and having the best spot in the lake. I even met the 84 year old owner and kept on talking for so long. All staff were very supportive and made our stay great! we are coming back here very soon.

Excellent. They serve very well. We staye there they provide every single need of ours. But cost of tea, butter bread and omlete is very high as we expected. Afterall Aziz Palace Group of Houseboats was out sanding and well furnished.

We had the best time at the aziz palace group of houseboat @srinagar. Manjoor bhai look after us very well. Gave us good food took care of us very well. I will live to come back again to enjoy manjoor bhai service and hospitality

Great hospitality, warm and humble staff. Motorboat is arranged for pick up from dal lake till the house boat. They served kahwa as welcome drink. Dinner was awesome. Very clean bathrooms rooms: 5/5 | service: 5/5 | location: 5/5

Place is cool, food is vastly but good, staff are very helpful. I would have give 5 start but i faced one major issue, electricity problem midnight almost 2+ hrs there is no power and there is no electricity back up and its a big disappointment. Please remove power back up from amenities list.

Fantastic houseboat experience in srinagar! the cozy rooms offered stunning views of dal lake, and the staff was incredibly hospitable. Enjoyed the tranquility and unique charm of floating on the water. A memorable stay with just the right touch of comfort and adventure!

They treat you so well that one actually feels bad while leaving for home. The food too was quiet good and my parents liked the fact that they could phulkas here. All in all one of the best places to stay in srinagar and quiet an experience. I hope to come back soon. Ps they also have a motor boat for pick and drop at all times.
