We stay with family for one night and that is horrible. Room not properly heated, Beds are far from AC to get hot air,No room heater also provided. Dining hall dont have AC

Overall ambience, cleanliness and lake view was amazing. Food taste was good but may improve by providing additional variety of foods as they charge.

We stayed at Aziz Palace Group of Houseboats for one night, and our experience was quite disappointing. The hot water wasn’t working during our stay, and despite informing the staff, the issue couldn’t be fixed. We had no option but to take a bath in cold water the next morning, which was very uncomfortable given the weather. The breakfast was extremely poor with very limited options. The curd served was sour and bitter, clearly not fresh. Additionally, they charge ₹100 for the to-and-fro shikara transfer between the houseboat and Ghat No. 9, which we found unreasonable — only the initial arrival and final departure are complimentary. Overall, the service and maintenance were well below expectations. The place surely needs better upkeep and hospitality management to justify the price charged.

The Aziz Palace offers great value for the price and its central location in Dal lack. Our room was clean and newly refurbished. The comfortable bed was perfect after a long day's journey. The complimentary pick up and drop facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The staff's behavior was friendly.

It is an excellent houseboat l stay at srinagar. Staffs are very polite and cooperative. Foods are very good with varieties. Rooms are specious. The most amazing part in house boat is A/c in summer and heating in winter . The bathrooms are also under the system. With my family, friends, even alone stayed there for too many times.

The food was good and the room service is better than good hotels in the Srinagar area. A special plus point is the caretaker, Mr. Muneeb and Mushtaq uncle. They win you over with their charming behavior. Goes out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Their presence is a big positive about this place. Great value for money. Would highly recommend, one of the best and safe place. Overall awesome stay.

From upgrading our rooms to accommodate as per our family members, to arranging a great ambience to celebrate my son's birthday even on an ad-hoc request , going beyond their food menu specially to cater our needs were few of the kind gestures which made us feel valued and appreciated. food quality average water supply uneven and water is not clean in washroom for bath. Towels were colourful ( must be white for hygiene) no TV available no wifi inside rooms( only in common area) amenities not provided as mentioned in itinerary Request raise to owner for correction of all above issues
