The bed was very dusty and also AC not working for few hours. When asked to fix AC, the management not responded properly & laughing and saying it will run shortly. No drinking water given and Geyser also not working. Definitely not worth the room rent. Outside of the hotel is good, but rooms and services are terrible.

Very poor service, the room was not equipped with well maintenance AC, no towels, no hairdryer. The noise from other rooms was so audible.

Food is not good and service is very delayed. It's a okay okay stay. There is no separate space for eating and too delay in breakfast serving. I felt that during my stay. Room service is not done for my 2 day stay. It's an apartment stay not hotel kind of.

The rooms were not cleaned when i arrived. They were shifting me across 3 rooms as ac was not working. After 30 min they got the ac working and it was tripping off every 2 has. Without ac the rooms have no ventilation and we had to suffer a lot. There were mosquitoes everywhere. This is similar feedback to what we have seen in forums for rhis hotel. I strongly urge the hotel mgnt to fix these issues before advertising. I had to cancel my 2nd day stay because of these issues

The room i booked was pent house. The ac and tv was not working and they downgraded my room to normal room which was 2000rs lesser than penthouse. However they refused to pay any reimbursement. The room offered did not have any bath towels and full of mosquitos.

Ac not good. Troubled by mosquitoes at night. Linen used in room can be more cleaner.

New property. Very near from the main road. Good spacious rooms but service is pathetic. Ordered tea. Waited for half an hour and finally cancel-led it. Similarly dinner also. Came after 45 minutes. They couldn't give bill at the time of check out. Gave after 2 days after continuous chasing. Overall very bad experience.
