Great location on the banks of the backwaters. Well done ambience by the waterside. Service is good, hardworking staff and good attitude. Some of the older rooms have become a little worn out - electrical fittings and tv connection. Newer rooms might be better though. Sports amenities and equipment can be little better. Overall, a worth visit, great ambience, good food and service and staff attitude is positive. Also, good value for money.

I booked a lake view room for a stay with my family and it was one of the best decisions I have made! The view is mesmerising. The property has a swimming pool, an activity room, a library, a restaurant and a bar, a spa, cycles and much more, and activities throughout the evening. A perfect stay for 2-3 days. Note: they do not have accommodation for drivers.

Excellent. Very polite staff, complimentary shikara ride was a pleasant experience. Pool and garden area are beautiful around sunset. Breakfast spread is average and can improve. Taproom bar is really good and has a great ambience. Rooms are clean and satisfactory, had a small issue with the heater though.

Property is really beautiful with lake view and nice boat right in the evening. Staff was good but they could have been better. Compared to other stays we had during this trip staff here felt like unaware of the property. We were given a villa with a good view and amazing open bathroom.

We simply loved our stay in this beautiful property ! everything about this place is just perfect ! loved the ambience, pool side lawns by the backwaters, enjoyed the backwaters ship cruise, the flute recital program and food - decor etc ! will come back to backwater ripples again )

It is a sprawling place but required serious maintenance for basics like tv and water heater they had good games and arranged shikara boat tours

The staff were courteous, the food, ambience and the amenities were great. I wish they had given a room with king size bed for 3 of us as requested on day one itself.

Great property with clean rooms and good view however only for cottages closer to lake. Food is a bit on the expensive side

Truly 5 star property, cottages are exceptional snd view towards the lake is awesome. Most significant point is location of the Backwater Ripples that is on lake side. They also offer complimentary shikara boat ride, high tea, tradional indian music

I must say this is an amazing property with excellent hospitality. The food was delicious . Alot of activities are available there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property location is superb. Just on the backwaters with great sunset views. Complimentary evening sunset boat ride was great.. Though need some improvement in food.

Stayed with my son and wife for one day. Ambience, infrastructure, and service are all good. Hospitality is great. Hygienic good quality food. Enjoyed well
