It was a wonderful experience. The food was very good. The washrooms were satisfactory. The room was very clean. The corridors and the lounge was very beautiful

Room, amenities, service, behaviours are very good. Only problem is the high price of food.

Stayed one night, facilities are not upto the marks, hygiene level need to improve, their charges are high but service only two star level

Location of the hotel is on the Chitrakote main road. Very clean and nicely maintained room & premises. Had complimentary breakfast in the tariff. The breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor, had some variety of north and south Indian dishes which were tasty. The staff is very polite and helpful. Stayed in the Executive room which was very spacious and had all the amenities but the only drawback was the bathroom which was very narrow only about 3½ feet width. It was OK for me but for a heavily built person it will be difficult to have a shower. Overall it is a very good hotel and should maintain it like this in future. Will definitely stay there again in future trips.

Pleasant stay. Room was beautiful and very clean. Restaurant and food was very good. Hotel staff are courteous and cooperative. Hotel location a little out of town. We had a vehicle with us, without own vehicle, may be a little difficult to move around.

The hotel is not very old one, about 2-3years old, it is located on chitrakoot road, right on the roadside. The location has some disadvantages, e. G, it is far from both jagdalpur railway station and jagdalpur airport. You need more time and spend more to reach there if you are not driving your car. However once you reach there, you won't find any other shops around. It is like a secluded abode. The plus side of that is a less crowded peaceful neighborhood. We stayed in standard room, the room was good for the rate, but the bathroom could be better, especially the size of basin and other accessories. There was a small balcony too. The hotel has restaurant and food quality was quite good. The breakfast options were very limited. The hotel in my opinion deserves five star recommendations for service and behavior of staff. It was really special. Overall, it was quite good.

This is a modern hotel that offers good service. The hotel has a restaurant and a lounge that serves a varied menu and amazing food.

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were helpful. Service was a little late but the food was good. The hotel was a little far from town. They arranged a vehicle for us to drop at railway station. Overall we enjoyed our stay ☺️

Rooms were good and spacious staffs were good n cooperative specially the lady in the reception food had quality and restaurant ambience was good hotel was clean n systematic

Starting from the lady tara mani at the reception everything about this hotel was an excellent experience. Clean room, fresh linen. But special mention for cook, hemraj. The food is next level. The saying of kissing hands of the chef is meant for such cooks. Overall very refreshing experience. Thanks karawan and make my trip

I have some trouble at time of check out. Cleaning staff and management should have a record of all item which is provided by hotal at time of check in and check out.

The prices of the rooms are significantly high compared to the facilities available. The rooms are decent in size, but the bathroom and wash basin are small. Food was below average, mostly salted food.

Hotel was nice. Actually i have booked 3 rooms. Out of which 2 rooms are very good. But unfortunately one room has some problem as ac and geyser not working but they have provided water heater instead of geyser and spent night without ac. Food quality particularly veg of restaurant is not upto desired mark.

The interior and exterior are very unique, restaurant and food also up to the mark. So stay and eat super. Near chitrakoot falls 22km. Food price is a little higher.
