Balaji Residency (Guindy)

The hotel serves outside food, the cleanliness of the room was not good (bad has dust under the blanket), the window was broken, and the water flow was too slow. It more like PG facility rather than a hotel. Because I already booked and the free cancelation was before 12PM, I was forced to stay there because of that reason. I thought that online booking in such a city is the worst.

The location is not good. The Room was very congested. the service was not good. No regular cleaning. No bath towels provided. Very unhappy. Not worth for the money paid

The room was maintained good with neat Linen and towels. Wardrobe was not provided and that was a bit difficulty. The cleaning of bathroom especially commode and toilet seats were not neat.

Location we could find easily by Map and food was ok, clean room sofa was there and a working table

A neat and clean room with a lift available. The road is a bit narrow, but it's manageable without a personal car.

We stayed for 2 days. The service and hospitality is commendable. The cost is marginally high for the service, can think of revising rates.

I have booked the hotel for 6 days and i had issues with the washroom water availability. The support given by hotel reception staff was awesome and they changed the room when requested. The only drawback is to reach and locate the hotel as it's little far from the metro lines and no restaurants nearby to have food.

Located in a residential area. It was too costly for that location. Air conditioning less cooling

1. Room is not clean and cigarette butts inside the room. Asking extra money for visitors. Totally bad experience and my advise not to don't go with family and all.

I stayed in this hotel for a night and its location is remote and experienced difficulties in getting food during that night. Amenities and other services pretty average.
