Balaji Residency (Guindy)

I have booked the Balaji Residency (Guindy) for 6 days and i had issues with the washroom water availability. The support given by Balaji Residency (Guindy) reception staff was awesome and they changed the room when requested. The only drawback is to reach and locate the Balaji Residency (Guindy) as it's little far from the metro lines and no restaurants nearby to have food.

Had a bad experience with booking but, the manager was a great guy! initially booked a smaller room coz, i didn't know the room size. He made alternative arrangements to make the stay comfortable for the whole family.

property location found through google maps, the rooms were neat and clean and value for money. Reception & room service were found very supportive and polite.

We stayed for 2 days. The service and hospitality is commendable. The cost is marginally high for the service, can think of revising rates.

A neat and clean room with a lift available. The road is a bit narrow, but it's manageable without a personal car.

Good people and helpful the rooms are good staff is also good location is also good near by it companies

Property’s amenities, services & cleanliness super and the best. Location is too much inside and no restaurants nearby

Location we could find easily by Map and food was ok, clean room sofa was there and a working table
